I have purchased several t-shirts from www.mixunit.com which were on sale. These were supposed to arrive weeks ago but still nothing and I don't have any idea what is going on. Of course I've tried to contact MixUnit, but it seems like they don't really care and no one ever answered.
I want to get a refund, but since these guys decided to ignore me I doubt that I'll ever get my money back.
Terrible experience, will not order from them again.
i ordered my cds on aug 8th 2023..still saying processed..got am email saying i should recieve them by the end of the week..this is oct 6 2023 i paid 229.00 i want my cds or refund or both
On 8/14/23 i placed an order 222413 and i still haven’t received my order. Mixunit has no customer service number to call or respond to emails.

I ordered a few cds and have been charged since January 2023. As of January 10th the order has been on Processing status.
I have emailed, called and left endless requests for my order or refund and No response.
I made an order on 4/29/23 on mixunit.com This was over a month ago and I never received it. As of today 6/15/23 it still says processing on the website. I ordered a CD, LLNM2 by Anuel AA, on December 22nd 2022. It still says over a month later that the order is still "processing". I have emailed them, I have asked for them to have someone call me. I have asked for a refund. No response, no CD, no resolution. This is a terrible company to do business with.

Please contact me asap and let me know if you have refunded my money back to my credit card! I need answers and the mix unit is not responding to any of my emails I sent or a callback on my phone! They need to be reported asa fraudulent company and are nothing but a scam!
I purchased two CD's that do not play. Impossible to reach anyone at customer service and the number provided online is not an active number. I highly recommend to not do any business with this company!

This company charges for shipping and your stuff takes weeks to arrive. They purposely don't give you a tracking number instead they give a order number so you won't question it until it's too late. And when you try to contact them via phone and email no one replies.
Order # 152841 downloaded and only received one track instead of the full album. File not big enough to hold full album. Pictures attached.
