Mitsubishi Motors Corporationoil change

Every time I go to Mitsubishi for an oil change, things never goes smoothly. On Saturday September the 21st, I took my car in for an oil change, when it was time to pay, they billed me for the oil change although I purchase a four pack when I purchase the car. At my previous appointment, I showed a copy of the receipt to prevent this from happening. They researched and found my paperwork, they called and said everything was taking care of, not correct, it happened again. I had to wait for over a half hour and finally the cashier when upstairs and got the paperwork. The service department didn't believe me. They are clueless!! I will not purchase another Mitsubishi, I was talked into the oil change package and extra coverage which I probably wouldn't need. Very disappointing!!
