Miss Lola Great small business!

Have shopped here several times and have never had any issues, they do sell out pretty fast but are very helpful in finding what you need or restocking soon! 10/10 would recommend especially. If yyou're on a budget!

Miss Lola Very Satisfied!

I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes from them on three different occasions. The items were delivered in a timely manner and the quality was amazing! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Miss Lola If I could give 0 starts I would

I have ordered from this site two times and it was horrible each time. The clothing is overpriced, you can get a lot of the same clothes at FashionNova or Laura's Boutique for cheaper. I realize this is a shoe website, so the three orders I placed were for shoes. The first order I ordered 2 pairs, one heel and one flat sandal. I ordered the shoes in size 8.5 - my size. The flat sandal was a nightmare. It was so tight that I could barely stick my foot in it, I had my 7 year old daughter try and even her little tiny foot was too wide to fit the sandal. The heels that I ordered were completely damaged. They looked like good quality online but when they arrived they were made out of plastic/foam. They had big gashes out of the foam and the cloth material at the top was not even. I contacted customer service right away and provided images. I asked them if I could replace the shoe for one that isn't damaged - they said I would need to place a new order, pay for the shoe again, and pay for shipping for the damaged shoe. What?! They sent me damaged product and expect me to pay for it to be shipping back? I was furious! I was not going to do that process. So they said they would give me credit of $8 for a new pair. With that credit I bought another pair of shoes, size 8.5 again. They were black heels. When they arrived they were huge, my mom is a size 10 and they were even too big for her. Again I was so upset but I ended up selling those online through OfferUp - I was unable to return them since they said I already purchased those through a return - which I did not, they issued the credit for their damaged shoe. Which again was only $8 when my shoe that was damaged were $30.

Miss Lola Miss Lola: Hits and Misses - A Review of Sizing and Quality

Man, I was hella hype when I stumbled upon Miss Lola's site. I mean, most of the shoes that caught my eye were already out of stock in my size. But then I saw some other dope kicks that fit the bill. Sadly, when they arrived, they was all snug as a bug in a rug in my footsies. And the bummer part? They were all gone in other sizes, anyway! Dang, Miss Lola, you breakin' my heart like that!

I did also grab a dress that was just right sizing wise. But man, that dress be see-through like nobody's business. Like, I can't be out here lettin' all the goods be seen, ya know what I'm sayin'?

Overall, while I appreciate some of the fire pieces Miss Lola's got goin', it was a bit of a letdown with the sizing and material on some things. If they can work on that, they'll be lit like the Fourth of July, yo!

Miss Lola Warning: Miss Lola (misslola.com) is a Risky Business for International Orders - My Experience

Yo, listen up ppl! I gotta warn you about Miss Lola (misslola.com). If you're from a faraway land like me (NZ represent!), ordering from this site is a risky business. They either don't send your stuff or they deliver it to some randos in a different zip code. How do I know? Coz it happened to me, fam. And to top it off, their customer service ain't no better. I swear I was talkin' to robots or something. Ain't no way to get a human response. So save yourself the trouble and go shop elsewhere, cuz Miss Lola is not the one.

Miss Lola Miss Lola Review: Disappointing Sizes & Expensive Returns

So, I gave Miss Lola a try and ordered me some size 10 boots. But lemme tell ya, they were so small I thought I was trying on baby shoes. And to top it off, my homegirl who wears an 8 and a half could barely shove her foot in there. Ugh, what a bummer.

I decided to return them but y'all, I had to pay $17 to do so. Like what? No free returns? Ain't nobody got time for that. And honestly, I expected more from an online shoe store. If they can't get their sizes right, they should at least make returns free.

Overall, Miss Lola definitely didn't have me feeling like a queen, more like a jester with these tiny shoes and expensive returns. Not sure if I'll be giving them another shot, but for now, I'm gonna stick with my local shoe shop.

Miss Lola Miss Lola: Don't Waste Your Time or Money on This Sketchy Brand

Okay, okay, can I vent for a second about Miss Lola? Because let me tell you, my package and I had a real tough time trying to hook up. Long story short, that sucker never arrived. According to the tracking number, it was sent back due to a "wrong address" but I swear to you I gave them the correct one. So naturally, I reached out to customer service and let me just say, they were not the friendliest bunch. No sympathy, no empathy, nothin'. And get this-- when I proved it was their fault, they wanted me to pay more for shipping! Are you kidding me? Talk about being ripped off. So needless to say, I never got my package and Miss Lola and I will never be on good terms.

Miss Lola Miss Lola Shoes Review: Terrible Sizing and Customer Service

Umm, yeah, I gotta be real with y'all... Miss Lola ain't it. I bought three pairs of shoes, pretty excited to add some fresh kicks to my collection, ya know? The shipping was decent, can't lie about that. But when I tried on the shoes, I was ready to scream. Describing those shoes as "too small" would be the understatement of the century. I wear an 11 and I swear those shoes were made for a toddler. Only silver lining was that my daughter, who wears a 9, was able to snag them off me.

Now, I'm all for giving companies a chance to fix their mistakes. So I shoot an email to Miss Lola, explain my sizing confusion, and ask for their help. The reply I got back? "Just return them, girl." No apology, no offer to help me find shoes that might actually fit, not even a thanks for shopping with us. Just a cold, "Send 'em back or shut up."

The cherry on top of this whole mess was when I found out I had to pay for the return shipping. Like, seriously? They sent me shoes that don't even function as shoes and I gotta pay to send them back? Ridiculous.

Bottom line, ladies and gents: if you don't wanna deal with the headache of kiddy shoes and garbage customer service, skip Miss Lola and take your business elsewhere.

Miss Lola Miss Lola Shoe Review: Cute but Tricky Sizing, Costly Returns, and Limited Refunds

Hey folks, gotta say, Miss Lola's got some cute shoes, but watch out for the sizing! Sometimes they don't quite measure up (pun intended) and it's not always clear from the pics what you're getting. Plus, be prepared to fork over some cash to return shoes for an exchange - no freebies here. And on top of that, they only offer store credit. Not exactly what you want to hear when you're looking for a refund. On the customer service side, I gotta say, they're not always the friendliest bunch when you reach out with an issue. Overall, I'd say proceed with caution - the shoes are nice, but there are some drawbacks.

Miss Lola Disappointing Experience with Miss Lola: Missing Boots and Frustrating Customer Service

Hey there! So, I have to be honest, I had a pretty frustrating experience with Miss Lola. I was super excited to receive my three new pairs of boots, but unfortunately they never arrived. I reached out to their customer service and claims department right away, but it's been a total run around ever since.

To make things worse, they claimed that my package was delivered on a certain day, but I checked my security cameras and UPS never even stopped by my house. It's been weeks of back and forth with Miss Lola, and they still haven't offered to replace my boots or issue a refund.

I just think it's really not cool for a company to take people's money and not follow through with delivering their products. And on top of that, their customer service has been pretty frustrating to deal with. Every time I call, they just say they're "working on it," but nothing ever seems to get resolved.

I'm someone who really values good customer service and honesty from companies, so this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I think if Miss Lola wants to keep customers happy and coming back, they need to step it up and start being more transparent and effective in their communication and problem-solving.

Miss Lola Miss Lola Review: Terrible Customer Service & Late Cancellation

So, I got this pair of shoes from Miss Lola a while ago, you know, around December 2018 I think. I guess I was just really excited to get my hands on these shoes because I'm a huge fan of online shopping. But, let me tell you, it was quite the experience. First of all, my account was charged on December 16, two days after I placed the order. But, I kept worrying that they wouldn't arrive in time for my garden wedding on December 28 so I called them up a few times just to double-check.

Imagine my shock when I received an email on January 9, 2030 – yep, two years later – saying that my order had been cancelled! Can you believe it? Like, they couldn't even tell me that it wasn't going to happen any sooner than that. And on top of that, they said that I would have to wait for another five days before I could even get my money back. Like what?!

Just to sum up, Miss Lola was a totally awful experience. Their customer service was absolutely the worst. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, not even as a joke.

Miss Lola Disappointed with Miss Lola: False Advertising, Small Sizes, and No Return Labels

Man, let me tell ya, I was hella disappointed with my order from Miss Lola. I thought I was gonna be killin' the shoe game with four new pairs, but all of 'em run way too small. Like, damn, if that ain't false advertising I don't know what is. And to make matters worse, they don't even give you a return label. So now I gotta fork out even more cash just to fix THEIR mistake. Like, come on Miss Lola, get it together. And get this, the shoes don't even have the Miss Lola label on 'em. I did some diggin' and found out they get their shoes from third-party retailers and then charge us double or even triple the price. Talk about a ripoff. Y'all better watch out for this company, they're shady AF.

Miss Lola Terrible Customer Service and Return Policy: My Misadventure with Miss Lola

So, let me tell you about my experience with Miss Lola. I was so excited to order a pair of heels for my birthday and finally decided on a pair that I loved. But when the package arrived, I was shocked to find that they had sent me the wrong order! The money had already been taken out of my account, so this was a huge problem.

When I reached out to Miss Lola to try and sort things out, they told me that I needed to return the wrong order before they could send me the correct one. But here's the thing - they didn't even provide me with a return label! I had to print one out on my own, which cost me an extra 17 bucks. Like, what?! It wasn't even my mistake and I had to pay extra for it? So frustrating.

Honestly, this whole ordeal left a really bad taste in my mouth. It's one thing to make a mistake, but to not provide a return label and make the customer pay for it is just plain irresponsible. And on top of that, they ruined my birthday! Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Miss Lola again.
