The Oasis at Piney Point Apartment located at 9100 Westheimer Rd.Houston TX 77063 has loss my trust and I'm rating them a negative zero by my rating system. They're managed by Greystar management company. I also rate Greystar management company a negative zero as well. I really don't see them managing anything. I have reached out to them about 14 times at time as of 11/24/2023 and they have not responded yet! They just don't care is what I'm thinking! The property manager at the Oasis at Piney Point Apartment has had my locator invoice for almost 6 months now! I have resent the invoice many times and so many emails and phone calls about my locator check they owe me for my clients that's leasing on their property. The Oasis at Piney Point Apartment and Greystar management love making money, but you're having a problem paying me $1848.00 fee that was past due 5 months ago. I just keep getting lie after lie. This company is making billions, but they can't pay me $1848.00 that I earned! I hope other real estate companies and apartment locators do your research on the both of these companies. I have sent so many complaints to the BBB, FTC,ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE and many other agencies about these companies. Once I get paid I will never do business with them.No one that work for me is allowed to do business with Greystar management or Oasis at Piney Point Apartment. My company has been in business for 30 years and I don't have time to keep wasting on Greystar management or the Oasis at Piney Point Apartment anymore. I have the proof that supports this review. The property manager called me last week and guaranteed me that my check would be in my mailbox on November 20th 2023 and that was another lie! Today is November 24th 2023 I still don't have my check. The Oasis at Piney Point Apartment and Greystar management Company has loss my trust for life. Offsite vendors please beware of their paying out process. This review is based on what I'm dealing with only!
