I saw their ad on Facebook and thought I'd see if that's a viable option, since we are always trying to get more produce at a cheaper price since I'm disabled and my child (special needs) is as well, and money is more than just tight. You have to sign up for it just to see what kind of items they have and I thought no big deal, I'll just check it out. Apparently it auto entered my card information, but that's fairly standard since I'm disabled, I have that on to help me when I do order online. Random items random items where already in "my cart" and I thought maybe this is a suggested list, but thought nothing of it. Clicked on a few things that I thought look promising, but most were overpriced for my area, so I decided I wouldn't be buying anything. Was scrolling through when the entire page froze and closed down on its own. Once again thought, "oh well it was overpriced anyways." Woke up this morning at 6:00 a.m., on a Saturday, saying that someone was trying to charge a massive amount of money to my account! and has been denied, only since I have no money in my account at the moment, I have an auto deposit coming in a few days. Thank God, because if it had stolen out 200 plus dollars I wouldn't be able to keep my electricity on and I live on an immensely fixed income, in the South, in JULY! Literally we have killer temperatures at the moment... Apparently anything that you click on, for any reason, in their glitchy a$$ page, they charge you for the moment they can! I've looked their website up and down, and there's no definitive way to just cancel this ridiculousness! It says I have no orders on my account. (Even though they just tried to charge me several hundred dollars!) No way of canceling. I've sent three emails and heard nothing back. I've tried to call a phone number I found but it's nothing but a busy signal. This is insane! It's predatory and takes advantage of the poor and disabled. Stay away from this predatory company.
