Misfits Market has a customer NO SERVICE department. No phone support. No email support even though they pretend they have one. My first order with MisFits market resulted in inputting one number incorrectly on my credit card. They sent and impersonal email to notify me of this problem which went to spam. My order was never delivered and they never picked up the phone to contact me. The order was around $400.

Instead of delivering my order later with the new credit card, they refused to input my order again and made me start from ground zero. So again, I placed an order and three out of four boxes showed up. Instead of re-ordering the items that did not come, they simply give you a credit of $10 in credit the goods that are not delivered. Then I have to spend my precious time re-shopping the order. My third order came perfect. A few damaged items but not enough to complain about. My fourth order, was scheduled for delivery on Thanksgiving day. At no time did they tell me the order would not be delivered. I stayed home all day waiting for it and finally had to leave to go to a dinner. They never delivered the order. They sent me a notice that the order would be delivered on Saturday and then again on Sunday which neither day the order was delivered and I waited home again all day for food that never arrived. I contacted customer no service Mary Joy, who told me that she would not input my order again. She flippantly gave me a $10 credit on my next order. She suggested I change my normal delivery date from Thursday to another day and perhaps I would get a different delivery service. Without asking me, Mary Joy change my delivery date to Sunday! I had no knowledge of this. She told me that I needed to re-shot my order. I was furious and spent another two hours placing the order. I sent her a note and asked her to make it up to me and get my order to me sooner than Thursday. That email was sent on Monday evening. I gave her the opportunity to make it up to me by getting my order to me sooner than Thursday. She responded by telling me that I changed my order to Sunday, which I did not. I asked for her supervisor because I was sure that she was brain dead and very angry. Her supervisor not only did not respond to my email for two days, she two came back and told me that my order was changed online on December 1. That was an out right lie and attempt to cover her [censored]. Even more furious, I wrote her back and said no I want my order charged and delivered ASAP. We are out of food because you did not deliver our food on Thursday yet MSFTS markets did not care at all about us. If I ran my business that way, I would be out of business! I made an account to look at website. All of a sudden I received a box of fruit. I'm a carnivore and don't even eat fruit. I didn't even place an order! There's no phone number to contact them. This is a scam. I need my money back.
