BeyondMenu Fraudulent charges

On Jul 23, the Beyond Menu was hacked and someone used my account to order and pick up food in another state which got charged on my Discover card. I called the Beyond Menu explaining the situation and they agreed that the account has been used (hacked) in another state and originally agreed to credit. In the meantime, I had opened a case with Discover who issued a credit. One month later on August 23, Discover found in favor of me since Beyond Menu did not respond. Beyond Menu apparently didn’t bother to issue the credit and waited out the 60 day process before appealing. Then all they did was indicate it was valid to reverse the action and get their money.

DO NOT USE BEYOND MENU. This is a trend with them.

Desired outcome: Refund my $106.55 thru Discover.

BeyondMenu Declined transaction

I place an order with China Wok in Hamden CT, 06514 on June 29,2023. I got an error message stating that I put the wrong zip code in. So I redid the order over with the right zip code and now it says insufficient funds. I was puzzled because I know I have the money in my account enough for the order. So I log into my bank account and I was charged still even though the order was declined. All the items were still the the cart didn’t checkout because it was declined. So why did beyond menu still take the money if it was a declined transaction? Now I call and spoke to two different people and they’re telling it’s nothing they can do, I have to wait until the pending charge go back in my account. There shouldn’t be a pending at all. My transaction didn’t go through. I will be contacting the better business bureau and filing a complaint. Since nobody at beyond menu seem to have an answer or solution as to why I was still charged for a declined transaction. I asked to speak to a manager and the customer service rep didn’t let me speak to one. So beyond menu will be contacted by the Better Business Bureau.

Desired outcome: Release my money. I shouldn’t have to wait. It shouldn’t have been deducted from my accounts for a declined transactions.

BeyondMenu Red apple

Disgusting buffet quality food, and that's an insult to buffets. They list things as spicy and can't even make it such upon request. Alot of the items they list as spicy are no such thing and never would be at a normal restaurant. Overpriced and lacking in overall quality. General Taos chicken had way to much sauce and was soggy. Broccoli all on the bottom so it was soggy as well. mei fun was the same, covered in sauce. Their honey chicken was basically sweet n sour not honey chicken at all. Don't know how this place is still around with it's poor quality overpriced excuse for Chinese food.

BeyondMenu Stolen credit card

They stole my credit card information. Several purchases of huge amounts from across the world showed up on my account. Good thing i'm broke and the first 1, 000$ purchase was flagged by my bank. At least I actually got my food, unlike a lot of the other people with complaints about this company. Do. Not. Trust. This. Website. Unless you wanna be scammed.

BeyondMenu Cancelled order after collected information

So much hassle.
Spread the words, keep give them 1* review, and click on this link to report them guys - they acted as financial institution but follow none of the regulation.

You have to provide financial info and personal identification, being recorded to re-verify yourself for each order, over charged, and over 1 hour delivery time after placing the order. The company also stored your information without a proper policy in place.

We placed an order from the same restaurant and same card but got hassled out and the order was cancelled an hour later. After 3rd times happening, we will make this into our mission to take down this scam company who collect info from consumers.

BeyondMenu Falsely posts menus of restaurants where it has no relationship

This site is posting menus and allowing you to order from restaurants where it has no relationship. In my case I ordered food from a restaurant from a deceptively realistic site.

When I arrived at restaurant, I found that the restaurant has no relationship with this site and did not receive my order. The restaurant is also trying to get their site removed from their site

This site should be disabled as it falsely misrepresenting businesses.

BeyondMenu food pickup order cancelled

I placed my order online and used a cc. I received confirmation. Once i get to the restaurant i am told that it was cancelled. I called them and they could not provide a reason as to why. Now i am standing in the place for an additional 30 minutes waiting for multiple orders for a very hungry office. I have now removed my credit information from the site and i certainly hope my card is refunded.

BeyondMenu chinese take out

I ordered from the BeyondMenu website and listed special instructions. However, when I received my order, none of them were followed. I also ordered sesame chicken which was overdone and inedible. The almond cookies were stale. I requested no scallions in the chow fun, but they were included. When I called the restaurant, they told me that since this was an on-line order it had to be taken up with that company. I have sent 3 emails complaining but have not received any response. This company should be prohibited from doing business as it does not stand behind their customers. Judging from other comments, it is unanimous that this is a sham.

I was able to contact Beyondmenu directly who contacted the restaurant directly at the phone number lis6 on their website and within minutes they resolved the issue so I am withdrawing my complaint.

BeyondMenu overall lack of service. rude. lied to me. don’t trust them w/ your card numbers!

I am visiting friends in las vegas. My home is in phoenix. I ordered delivery from a local thai food take-out for our last dinner here together. The order was processed thru beyondmenu. They didn't bother calling to ask me why the billing address and delivery address were not the same. (because i'm a guest here, idiots! Pretty normal for las vegas to have out of town visitors, eh?) then they cancelled my order - but not until they got an authorization on my amex which will take days to clear off. When I asked them why - they claimed they'd called my cell. No such call was recorded as missed or dialed to me. I suspect I will have to fight with amex to get the refund. I ended up telling these [censored]s that they were both greedy and incompetent. Then I replaced the order directly with the restaurant. Do not trust this company! They are rude, greedy, paranoid, and liars! That's just for starters. I'll keep you posted as to when and if I get the refund they claim they cancelled. So far amex says not yet. I pity the poor restaurant owners who trust these cretins to run a web site and act as an intermediary for their online ordering! No doubt raking a healthy surcharge for doing so! Not trust worth in the least based on my experience.

1 hour after initial run-in with the dubious VENDOR = BEYONDMENU.COM: I have seen two charges now on my AMEX card, neither were authorized by me. One was in Russia! These [censored] seem to be marketing card numbers somehow. I’ve had to cancel my credit card because of this POS merchant! I’m calling the FTC as soon as they’re open again! STAY AWAY FROM THIS extremely dubious merchant - if you can call them a merchant. Better term might be “SCAM artless idiots"

BeyondMenu money back

I have been a restaurant owner and partner of beyondmenu for over 3 years. Everything was just ok until now but whenever i call for problems they seems like they dont really care. But finally, my restaurant have decided to remove beyondmenu from the online ordering platform, and now they are witholding my last payment fund for over 60 days which i have not agreed upon when i signed up with this company. And i spoke to several reps as well as managers but every single one of them just hangs up on me saying this wotholding is company policy. I asked them to show me a proof that i agreed on this and they cant give me an answer. Now they are not even let me foward the payment.

BeyondMenu criminal company run by chinese hackers

This is a company run by Chinese hackers, who create fictitious restaurant webpages for legitimate businesses and hacks their Google listing to point to their page. They ring up charges on your credit card and do not deliver your order. Local law enforcement and the FBI are aware of their operation but do nothing to stop them. You have been warned.

BeyondMenu stay away

1. Called BeyondMenu and ordered some food
2. I was waiting for two hours
3. The food never arrived
4. Called right to the restaurant where the food had to arrive from and asked whether they got my order or not.
5. They said they didn't.
6. The beyondmenu blamed me for providing them a wrong address so the food was delivered to the wrong person.
7. I would believe if I were a fool.

But I have been living here my whole life and know my address by heart, so stop making excuses and blame me for something I haven't done.
Highly recommend avoiding this bunch of [censored]s.

BeyondMenu total scam!

I decided to try BeyondMenu app and ordered some food from a local restaurant. Nothing arrived so I called the restaurant and asked what was going on and they said that they heard nothing from BeyondMenu and did not receive the food. They said that they tried to reach BeyondMenu but no one replied. I also tried to get some response from them but was ignored. There is no way to contact them. Terrible company to deal with.

BeyondMenu beyondmenu are liars

This company is absolutely ridiculous! I've ordered some food and never received anything. I contacted BeyondMenu customer care and asked what was going on with my order. They promised to call the restaurant and fix everything. Two hour later I decided to call the restaurant myself. When I called the restaurant manager told that no one ever called from BeyondMenu. I explained what happened, he apologized and offered me a refund! Well, that was a nice person! But these scammers from BeyondMenu are pathetic! Don't use this website, they are liars!

BeyondMenu do not waste your time and money!

My wife wanted Japanese food delivered since it was cold outside and she did not want to go out. BeyondMenu was just the company to go through if I wanted to order and pay online. Ordering process was easy and I had no problems with it. Our food was delivered within a reasonable time. Everything seemed to be fine, but the next day early in the morning I received a call from my bank and they told that my credit card was charged. Someone from BeyondMenu duplicated my card's information and used it for his personal needs. There were some purchases made with my card in total amount of $350! I paid with my new card and BeyondMenu was the very first place where I used it. Do not deal with this company!

BeyondMenu fraud!

I wanted to order my favorite Japanese take-out, but first I had to register with beyondmenu.com. So I made an order and entered my credit card info. They charged my credit card and later I received a confirmation email. When my daughter went to pickup our order, she was told it was never received. I called the phone number given on beyondmenu website but my call went directly to voice mail. So I sent them a message asking what happened with the order. Several hours passed and they did not call me back. Later I received a "Not ordered" message. And of course they didn't give me my money back.

BeyondMenu slow services and cold food

I wouldn’t recommend anyone the company www.beyondmenu.com. They took orders and money, but after that they didn’t deliver it at all or provide wrong and cold orders. I argued with them several times, but it was total scam. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
