I purchased the yearly membership on 18.8.2023, and have proof from bank of a €344 charge by mindvalley, but I have no access to the membership, and no way to contact customer service because it is literally non existant! After one year they pulled 299€ off my credit car again, without asking. That ia an insanw amount of money to just take off of credit card.
In the app it is imposible to check the status, date or cancel. I know as i tried many time but it just looks like it currwntly doea not work...

A Renewal Charge without Reminder
I have purchased a yearly subscription with Mindvalley and have not used it for months. This morning I received a notification on my phone that my credit card has been charged for 299 dollars renewal fee! I am not happy at all since there was no reminder email! In my experience of purchasing subscriptions with other established companies, I always received reminder emails in advance so I could decide whether I would continue or cancel my subscriptions. I’m very surprised because of how the company projects itself to be professional and offers excellent customer service to fail to send customer reminder emails. It makes me wonder the intention behind the business.
This is so unprofessional and I want my refund back!

I ordered MindValley on May 1 and canceled on May 14 when my calendar reminder went off. I realized I was never reimbursed for the $99 charge on May 2. I contacted them, and they said they need proof from an email they say they sent, but I never received. I'm wondering why I have to prove cancellation via documentation that came from them. I cancelled directly on their site.
Desired outcome: Refund the $99 to honor the free trial that was advertised.
Monthly membership
I purchase a product from MindValley.com on 06/03/2023 and request my refund on 06/12/23. The product had a 15 day refund, however, the amount was not reversed. I contacted the company via whatsapp where an assistant confirmed that the refund had not yet been deposited and that a supervisor would be in touch. Yet again it's been a week and my problem still hasn't been resolved.

As a lot of customers here, I have the feeling to have been robbed by Mindvalley. This is purely unacceptable and in regard to the number of complaints you should definitely change this behavior!
My yearly subscription was automatically renewed without ANY NOTICE.
I asked for a refund as soon as it happened yesterday. Thanks to come back to me ASAP and let me know when the full refund would be proceeded.

Inability to secure a refund and cancel product.
Original ad indicated that if not satisfied it would be a simple matter of clicking a simple key to cancel. Not so! I find the whole process complicated and designed to ensnare the customer in various ways to elicit additional money.
I entered into this transaction on 4-28-23. My credit card with the $399 charge was gleefully accepted.
For those of us not adept a navigating computer processes, this has been a nightmare for me. I want a refund and do not want to be charged for anything in the future!

I wrote to customer service as soon as I realized on 03/25/2023
The response said that it is not a new purchase and I cannot get a refund. I was not aware of that.
In my opinion, Mindvally should honor the 3 day period from making a purchase, any purchase to refund.
I am forced to accept a purchase I did not want to make.
I found the refund email and it says: "Your Mindvalley subscription will be auto-renewed for the next year on 03/24/2023. Please know that we have significantly updated our product offering and a wide range of new tools are now available to you. Please visit home.mindvalley.com to learn what's new."
That's all. Nothing about not being able to get a refund after the auto renewal. The email went straight to my Promotions folder and I never saw it. I bring this up because in the response for the refund, it was mentioned, that I was disclosed that the renewal is not refundable.
In my opinion, this is not a good practice. $499 is not a small amout of money. A cancellation request made within one day should be honored.

mindvalley silva ultramind + waves of pleasure programs
Hi, this is the third time I have been asking for help since December 22/January 23.
I have tried to start the programs WAVES OF PLEASURE as well as SILVA ULTRAMIND and these are the screens I have gotten.I want to go at my own pace, I press start the program, I press 'go at your own pace' and I even have rebooted my computer and refreshed the page and the classes are still locked.
I am angry and frustrated because I have emailed you three times and this may be a technical problem' but my annual membership is totally being wasted and you as an organization have grown to the point of anonymous support.
Please fix the problem or I will find a way to publish on facebook, and although I love Mindvalley I am not getting the service I deserve.

Cannot login cannot remember old password and cannot access SuperBrain class
On March 11, 2023 I signed up to join a Master Class: Super Brain, taught by Jim Kwik. After a 5 minute sales pitch, I paid $399 on a credit card, using my phone. The charge went through. Six days later I have spent considerably longer trying to access the course than a 20-30 minute class.
It seems I cannot access the course because I do not remember my old password from 2019 when I was last a member of the mindvalley community.
I get a message that they have sent an email to reset the password, but it is not in any of my email folders.
I have tried again and again to access the course. It is unfortunate. I was looking forward to learning from an excellent instructor. I am so frustrated by trying to figure this out. When I click on support I don't get any help. If I cannot access this I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and request a refund.
Desired outcome: Access to the Super Brain course or a full refund of the $399.

Charged, no access and no refund
January 27 I paid $548 Canadian for these courses. I was able to watch one video and when I came back the next day to watch more they ask me for payment yet again. I try to find out how can I sign in to my regular account and couldn’t. I tried to ask for help and I only get responses from a robot. I tried emailing and I get the same response. my payment does not show on my account so I cannot cancel and there is no help to be found. I want a refund.
