Miles and More review: Request to merge multiple accounts including the acredited miles

I have sent many times the following request without an answer. Also I do not see they acredit the miles correctly.

I am writing to request assistance with the consolidation of my Miles & More accounts. Currently, I have three separate user accounts, and I would like to merge them into one, which is my main active account (Account 1). Since I am unable to access the secondary two accounts because my email is registered only with the main account, I am even uncertain of the balance on each account. Below are the details of the accounts:

Main Account 1(Active):

I kindly request to Merge, the Secondary Account 2 and the Secondary Account 3, into my Main Account (Account 1) to consolidate all my accrued miles into a single account and for future transactions.
