After my leather got damaged, I discussed the cleaning issue with the shop. They denied any involvement, implying I was mistaken about the damage's origin. Persistent efforts to contact corporate over two months led to a dismissive email. They echoed the shop's denial and offered no help, suggesting I speak to another manager. The problem began when I noticed employees using window cleaner on leather, causing dryness, cracks, and tears. My concerns were met with rudeness and a complete lack of customer service.
