After my leather got damaged, I talked to The *** regarding why they attempted to clean my leather seats. He wouldn't admit that they touched it or did anything to the leather, basically calling me a liar and confidently claiming it was already like that. After 2 months of trying to reach out to corporate, I finally got an email stating that *** also informed them that they didn't touch my leather and refused to assist. Their solution was to attempt to contact another manager while giving me the runaround. This all started because I brought to their attention that their employees were cleaning leather with window cleaner, which dried it out and caused cracks and torn leather. Unfortunately, I received nothing but rude and snide comments, and absolutely no customer service!
