They make you sign up for a plan, but when you go to register online, there ain't no way to cancel it. I called the number, and they said the only way to cancel is to go to the location and cancel it in the lobby. That's some shady business practices, and I ain't gonna use them again if they keep taking my money like that.

I took my black GMC 2021 Denali through the car wash on December 23rd. After I vacuumed my truck out, I noticed scratches all the way down the right side. I went to complain in the office and they asked if I left the property, which I didn't (they got cameras, so they knew). They took pictures and my personal information, but I've been back at the facility 2 more times and they keep telling me that cooperate has to deal with it. They won't even give me the phone number to cooperate. If you use this car wash, you're risking damage to your vehicle. I'll make sure to hit every public platform to let people know that they won't take care of their customers when they're at fault.

I got an annual memership with Caliber Car Wash a while back for my wife's car. We had problems with the license plate reader not working right. I talked to them a lot to try to fix it, but nothing happened. I also had 2 other cars with memberships before and had to stop the charges by cancelling my credit card. They have a thing on their website to pause an account, but it doesn't work. The boss even said it doesn't work. They said you have to go to the car wash in person to do it, but that didn't work either. Their system still charged my card. I think they're doing this on purpose to make a lot of money and they don't care about their customers!

We went to the best car wash a few weeks ago and a few days later the car wash stopped 3 of the services of the car wash because of "repairs" that were started. The car wash had a big motor and 2 pumps (identified by employee) laying in the grass. The car was did not provide tire clean, tire shine or the wax that was advertised and offered at the car wash under the Caliber car wash. The lady employee there said that they were aware that the parts did not work did not know when they would (quote). The lady employee there said that she does not when or how long the how long those parts of the wash will be broken or when the repairs will be done but that I could contact the office and they will provide a refund or credit for a month. The lady email took my information and said someone would call me. I followed up 2 or 3 times via email and calling the Inverness location. Around March 20th I stopped by the Caliber car wash and spoke with the man employee there who said he remembered me and took my information said he would look into it and call me back. April 11, I stopped by again and spoke to the same employee and he said he remembered me from before but said I had to email Human Resources now but would not and could not provide any more information. He would not provide a phone number, no contact name nothing.
