I got charged for a wash I didn't get and they said they could give me my money back but didn't want to. They told me to bring a man with me. On Friday, October 16, I picked the $10 ride thru option and got to use the free vacuums. After I paid, the machine didn't give me a receipt. The next day, I checked my bank account and saw that they charged me $35 for a full service wash that I didn't even get. I called them that same day and explained what happened. They told me to come on Sunday to talk to the owner. I went, but the owner wasn't there. The manager on duty, Cam, called the owner to explain, and the owner said he could look up the transaction but didn't want to. Then the manager told me, "You should bring a man with you because he won't listen to a woman." This is sexual discrimination and disrespect towards customers. I suggested watching the security footage, which would show that I cleaned my car myself, but the manager said, "Yeah, that won't happen." I showed the manager my bank account transaction, proving that I was charged $35 with my card, but it didn't make a difference. They completely ignored me.
