Metro by T-Mobile review: store service toward the customers

I am complaining about the service the store employees serve. There is always rudeness and always 3 employees just speaking in there language just laughing and not paying attention to there jobs. Sometimes I have noticed that people just hang out within inside behind the counters without Metro pcs store shirts just playing games and laughing. I went into the store with my young daughter/son to open up an account with Metro PCS after fully fulfilling my Verizon contract to open an account with your company and I had to leave due to your employees rudeness. I shall file a further complaint with our family business lawyer. The three gentleman were all three Arabic young men speaking amongst their language and laughing while customers needed help. This is outrageous as myself/3 other customers had to leave the store. One of them stated they were going to another store to get better service as the other customer left to get better service at boost mobile. Your store employees are pushing business customers away. Like I stated I shall further file another complaint.
