Metro by T-Mobile review: Metro no refund

I bought a LG K51 phone from Metro at 8067 Madison Avenue. Indianapolis, In 46227 and went back next day to get a refund and the girl said I need to talk to the manager. I went back next day and the district manager was there but refused to give me a refund and said I needed to talk to manager of store. I went back today and talked to the manager who sold me the phone and he said he does not offer any refunds. I have to sell it myself but it will not be unlocked unless I pay for phone for 6 months. I just bought phone on 2-6-21 and today is 2-10-21. It states that we can get a refund if less than 14 days but manager refuses. Metro store phone number is [protected]
