Unable to provide reason why all claims are denied no payment of short term disability for 60 days however I am the customer!
Numerous doctors have filled out forms and none have been acceptable! Jason West, a BA in government has been unable to comprehend the information, process the claim or get adequate help in processing the claim effectively or efficiently in which conditions are worsened due to the stress of no income...

Desired outcome: Consistent payments and retribution for losses
