I went to Merlin's like 4 times in the last 2 months and every time they find something new that needs fixing. They didn't even catch stuff they should have the first time I went there. They said I needed to fix my Tie Rods and engine, but I already spent $938 and not everything got fixed. I tried emailing customer service but they didn't even respond. I got the 72,000-mile service on December 14th, and they only said I needed a new cabin air filter. But then on December 27th, I went to *** to fix my brakes and alignment and they said I needed to fix the Sway Bar links too because my car was shaking when idle. My car was shaking for a few weeks before I went to Merlin but they didn't say anything about it. Then on December 28th, Merlin said it was the Tie Rods causing the shaking, but *** said it was the Sway Bar. I went with Merlin and got the Tie Rods fixed on January 7th. But then my engine light came on and they said there was a problem with the Sway Bar links again, even though they said there wasn't a problem 9 days before. They tried to charge me for it but I argued and they fixed it for free. They fixed the ignition coil and spark plugs too. But then on January 21st, my check engine light came on again and now they're saying there's more problems with the engine and it's gonna cost more money to fix.
