They are the worst place to ever work, they don't train you right, and if the GO's corporate comes in you walk on pins and needles with them and management, If corporate doesn't like the way you look or talk to them you will either be fired or demoted. Everyday you wondered everyday if you were going to have a job. They are also a very unsafe place to work, when you work there if you have a question or need help they all disappear or they say I'm too busy. When you as the employee has something that's broken down you tell management to call someone to get it fixed, you will wait for six months to a year before you get it fixed, in the mean time your supposed to make do with what you have, training is a JOKE, the pay and pay increases are a JOKE as well. They buy the cheapest parts and also hire the cheapest company to come out and fix things for them and then when the company comes out to do the job they want the price even cheaper, and that's why nobody wants to do any work for them, believe me I know a lot of people and talked to them and everyone that I have talked to said they will never do any work for them. Of course buying anything from Menards its cheap, cheap, cheap, they buy bottom of the barrel junk and then when you get home to use it, it breaks down on you or it breaks completely. Menards is a bottom of the barrel, cheap, crappy place to work. Anyone I come in contact with I tell them not to apply or if they think of working there I tell them to run as far away from them as they can, and I'm making it my life's mission to tell as many people as I can. This company has no business being in business, Menards really needs to be shut down for good. Nobody should ever be treated like that for the company they work for. I hope the lady in Michigan who is suing Menards for her husbands death because of Menards GROSS negligence and complete disregard for safety of other employees and customers and the lack of training the employees receive. I hope and she deserves every bit of that one hundred million that she is suing for and shuts the company down. There is no need for Menards to even exist.
