Meineke Car Care Center review: New castle de store#949 exhaust replacement (meineke they do exhaust? Right?) no they do not 4 vist later and still they don’t have it correct!!

1st time at meineke

Was told they can hook me up

X) once home and ears ringing from the exhaust
I got under took these photos

Notice no muffler or resonator in any of the photos of cat back.

3rd vist
I called ahead explaining its 21/2” exhaust to muffler, then 3” from muffler to tail pipe

Once there they lie saying pic 1 piping was already on exhaust.( notice it’s new piping)

Piping in pic2 was cut out for the resonator installed.( resonator lasted about 10 miles and lost all passing power from meineke workmanship. See pic5 for resonator that they threw in.

3)only part of the $650 bill they charged me on 1st vist install remaining on car

4)pic 4 y was removed do to piece would block piping and $100 muffler I BOUGHT.

5)resonator they installed on second vist( just cut pipe they installed and I paid for and threw this in( quick easy fix) lost power, mpg and still ear ringing loud.

So before 3rd vist I called to make sure they had the correct 21/2” and 3” exhaust piping to to come in with them lying saying it’s all suppose to be 21/4” and I even told them the 1st vist the tech told the manager he didn’t have correct size exhaust piping and manager told him use what we got and tech told him they still don’t have enough piping.
Tech waited over a hr for parts but I was still charged for that time.
After 2nd vist it came very clear MEINEKE DOES NOT KNOW EXHAUST OR THAT MATTER MUCH WHEN IT COMES TO CARS!
So I do research order the muffler($100) made sure they understand 21/2” to muffler 3” from muffler to tail pipe.

Now it’s been 3 vists
Still not correct
Please explain what I paid for with the $650 plus $100 in muffler, tank of gas coming up 3 vists plus over 6 hrs of my time.

If you recall after 1st vist I wanted $250 back, now I want all my money back plus cost for exhaust, plus $100 in gas, plus $300 for my 6 hrs wasted trying to give Meineke time to fix it.

I’m waiting for answers, as I wait I’ll just go posting reviews till I hear from you

So please explain the billing for this exhaust
It doesn’t add up parts or time.
This store needs to be shut down steeling from the customers like they did me I’m sure is a daily occurrence
