1st vist
Explain what I needed replacing from cat back( meaning muffler, resonator & exhaust piping.
Get home ears bleeding form exhaust so loud.
Inspection of Meineke work
I find straight pipes from cat back
Call asking WTF?

2nd vist
Cut exhaust out 24” of what they installed in 1st vist,
Crammed a resonator 24” long in( lasted til pulling on to rt1.
Went home did reach
From cat to muffler(2- pipes 2 1/2” size to muffler)
From muffler to tail pipe 3”
I call Meineke & talk with Greg on what needs to be done and Greg once again” bring it back and will make it right!”

3rd vist
I buy muffler to have them size exhaust piping correctly. Nope they still did not replace the 2 1/4” so still having issues.
Lesson don’t buy exhaust work from Greg the ice sales man from Meineke in New castle Delaware!
FYI Meineke and Midas same company
FYI2 Meineke Newark, new castle, srymrna & dover same owner same crap!
Find a good mom & pop shop that treats customers with respect not Meineke, Midas or anywhere Greg is working!

Claimed loss: 7hrs of timeTank and 1/2 of gas $650 initial exhaust work charge$100 for muffler I bought( where’s the one I bought from Meineke

Desired outcome: Want a $1000 for the time wasted of mine, money spent and for the wasted gas I wasted going 3 times to Meineke under their slogan “ let’s us know and will make it right” They never did say” we do it right the 1st time did they?”
