Meineke Car Care Center review: Window power repairs

I brought a Ford Mustang for repair of rear power window. After diagnostic and so called repair which costed 136 i was told was fixed by reprogramming the window motor amd greesin.

I was horrified that 24 hours the problem came back. Previously i had tried greesing myself amd it would last 24 hours and it seems for $137 that is exactly all they did.

I was promised a refund but no refund has been processed.

Desired outcome: Refund for problem with which has neither been diagnosed nor fixed and greesing wkndows eberyday is not a fix but bandaid for wkndow not closing correctly
