I had new brakes installed on my car because the steering wheel was vibrating and the brakes were squeaking. Then one of them seized when I was 75 miles away from my home. The steering wheel was shaking, I couldn’t do the speed limit and had to pull off the road. I inspected the car and found the right front brake was smoking and hot to the touch. I had to drive home traveling lower than 45 mph on rt 1 in Delaware because I could not fix the problem. I took it back to Meineke and they “fixed it” again. Then my fiancé drove the car and it happened again. She said she had to pull off the highway because the steering wheel was shaking if she went over 40-45. She called the Meineke main number and they wouldn’t tow it more than five miles! After being repaired and stranded 2 separate times. It’s now in the shop for the third time to repair the same problem. Today we get a call from Meineke after several days without the car and Brad says he can’t duplicate the problem! So now they’re trying to get out of actually fixing it. I’m hiring an attorney and getting my money back
Desired outcome: Fix the seizing brakes or refund my money so I can take it to a repair shop that can actually fix it.
