Meineke Car Care Center review: Exhaust was not properly put back on

Had taken car in on 7/1 to have new catalytic converter put on.

Was told that they had stripped the bolts & then were not able to get the part on.

Reason they were not able to get it on was "they could not get it to fit" even though confirmed correct part.

The worst part is when they put the old one back on, they half reassembled back onto the car. They did not tell me that this was an incomplete job, and let me leave.

When I started up my car to leave, it was shaking & louder than usual.

Then when I opened the hood, I saw that my oxygen sensor was not even plugged in and the original catalytic converter was half put on. It was missing a bolt that connected to the manifold.

Technicians provided poor communication & allowed me to leave and drive my car with an unresolved issue. They have ended up causing more problems now with my car then when I had first dropped it off.
