Why every account is being flagged
I have made over 5 account and for some odd reason I'm continue to keep flagged I used my own pictures and video and I also verify 5 different time with new pic & and nothing was crop, I don't work everyday so I don't understand what can case me to get flagged smh

It’s always something with this site!
So I'm pretty used to megapersonals bs I've been flagged over 10 different times from so many different emails because they have so much spam on their website…this is less of a complaint and more of an information post…so if you get blocked from your current phone buy a whole knew phone and make a new email use brand new ID verification photos as well. If your on an iPhone it gets blocked faster than an android does so my advice is get you a cheap android and use it just to post on there! Mega is the worst constructed website with the worst customer service they deserve no stars! And they have yet to fix any bugs or update the app this is why there's so many scammers on there and u stay getting flagged! Also it's ridiculous that it takes days sometimes months to get your account verified this site should be shut down honestly or revamped completely!

My friend and I made our new accounts on megapersonals and the site wanted us to verify pictures and ID'S and we did. This was a few days ago and we still can't get into our accounts at all. It was stuck on the pink verification page forever. And now when we try and log in. We it keeps saying new device emai code for verification.. BUT THERE IS NO CODE EVER BEING SENT TO OUR EMAILS. WHAT is going on with this site now.

Placing an ad
I have been trying to place an ad for several days with no luck. It keeps asking me to verify my age by taking a photo of my ID and then to take a selfie with my ID. I've done this so many times but it is still telling me that my ad is not verified and is not posted. My ad did post for a brief second when I first made it, but then i got a text message saying that my ad had been reported by someone and that I needed to follow a link . I did not do anything on the link but now I know that it could have been a fake text. If this is the reason the store is not allowing me to post, then i wish they would say so and let me prove my identity another way or something. They shouldn't just keep their clientele in the dark about what is happening.
Desired outcome: I want directions on what I need to do now in order to place an ad asap.

I'm so upset because it keeps saying my account is flagged or scammed and I know I never hit a link ! This is ridiculous that I have to go through this .. it's been like this the past couple days, this is how I provide for my family ! Please help ! I had this happen a couple times before long ago and it was resolved rather quickly. But recently I was blocked for the same thing ..some fake email link they warn us about even tho I never followed a link. It took about 3 MONTHS ...yes you read that right... MONTHS for them to fix it! I've been posting on Mega for years now and am a very well reviewed and verified user..that [censored] it totally unacceptable! The responses about getting a whole new phone are true..only I used a friends phone to create a new account then just logged in to the nw account on my original phone. I know I didnt have the extra cash to go buy a new phone considering I was blocked from Mega and that's how I earn my money..

I have had my account for two months my ad was working fine till a week ago. all of a sudden i couldn't log in they said i trigger a fraud alert. i tried making a a few accounts 2 account is stuck in the verification process i have emailed them 10 times and still got no response and the other emails got 701. Every time I moved my ad to a new state it gets flagged. I travel a lot. But this make a new account every time is getting old. I make like over 30 account in a month bc I get flagged all the time.
