MegaBus review: complaint

I would like to file a complaint in regards to the bus not showing up in Memphis, TN on October 23rd, 2019 at 10:30pm and not having the support from Megabus to make this right! The bus did not show up, I was told the bus was running late not that it was not going to arrive. I was stuck at the bus terminal from 10:00pm on 10/23/19 until the next day October 24 at 9:15am. I called all night trying to find out what happened to the bus or if/when the bus will be showing up with no support at the terminal. The communication was not available until the next day October 24, then I was told I would have to purchase another ticket on 10/24/[protected]-M7R-0915-MEM-DGP) because my original ticket I purchased [protected]-M7R-2230-MEM-DGP was no longer valid. This is not how business should be conducted! I should not have had to sleep at a bus terminal all night and then being told I would have to purchase another ticket in order to get back. You would not honor the ticket already purchased! Now I have purchased two tickets due to the lack of communication from Megabus and it affiants. I have missed work due to the bus not showing up, I had to purchase another ticket to get back home due to the bus not showing up. The customer service was rude and not helpful or ever considerate of my frustration! You need to make this right and provide sources for your paying riders to be able to contact someone when these things happen so people want have to be stuck at a bus station for 12 hours with no way of finding out how they will return home. I would like a full refund of both of my tickets $67.74, see below. This has been the worst experience I have had with Megabus ! Please contact me via email or at the below phone number.
