HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN! 4-5 years this problem has yet to be resolved.
In 2021 I bought a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD. Part of my purchase included a spray in bed liner. I was told at the purchase that I would be contacted about scheduling the spray in liner. I waited several weeks before I attempted to contact this dealership after not hearing anything. I was told to leave a message, and someone would be back in contact with me. That never happened! I then received a e-mail about getting my car serviced there. I replied that I would not schedule any service until the spray in liner was resolved. I was told that the message has been passed along to the service manager and I should receive a reply promptly. Never happened. Time passed, and now in 2026 the original sales rep. Tony Belafonte, contacts me to see if I want to purchase a new vehicle. I told him that the spray in liner that was supposed to come with the original purchase never happened. Weeks of texting Tony, sending pictures of the truck bed, and more texting went on. Last text I received on Jan 22, 2026 was “Yeah, they are trying to find the deal. It was so long ago… next time I’m in I’ll give it [picture of truck bed with no liner] to the manager… Hang in there. I’ll know something the first part of next week.” Its now Feb, 20,2026. Almost, a month later and I have no response. This is horrible communication, customer service, and customer relations! Everyone at that dealership who is involved with this should be ashamed of themselves! Once they get your money, they no longer care about you as a customer!
Recommendation: Stay away!!!!!
