I ordered an exhaust system from this company thinking that it was in stock and found out after they took my money that they were going to have to order it. I decided to wait but after two months and being told time after time that it would ship the next week stringing me along I decided to cancel. The response from them was that cancellation had to be processed by the accounting department and it will take up to 10 days to process. Has not been credited to my credit card yet I smell a rat.
Desired outcome: I want my refund. For my borla exhaust

So please connect with us and lets shut this company down.
Looks like the number is approaching 500 less than a year later.

Ordered from them on May 1st 2022 and they never shipped anything. Canceled on May 26 and never received my refund. 1000 plus stolen from me.
Hello, I had the same issue that they never refund my money. I was thinking if I should sue them. If we got all the victims together to sue them, they might pay a lot for the compensation.
Let me know as well. I am experiencing the same thing. I can not even get them to call me back now. My order was placed on November 30, 2021. I cancelled my order on March 25th and have yet to receive my refund. I know a lot of companies are struggling with staffing during these times but I think I have been more than patient waiting for them to get back in touch with me. I'm to the point if they cant answer me then maybe they can answer a court order.
