Massage Heights Franchising review: Terrible customer service, did not receive services paid for, unsatisfied long-term customer

Would not recommend this place, perhaps go to another location besides Brookhaven. There has been a lot of turnover and new management in place recently and lots of miscommunication happening due to that. I had a membership with Massage Heights for years and schedule my appointments in advance to use my credits accordingly, yet was still charged for services. I was wrongfully charged for my last massage service and then told that my two upcoming appointments (already paid for) needed to be canceled since my account was zeroed out? This does not reflect the truth, and it should not be the client's fault for any system error or miscommunication amongst management. Also they do not value their customers as they promise to do so. It's unfortunate that this facility's management works in such a poor manner because the massage therapists themselves are great (especially Tulani - highly requested and the only reason I'd give 2 stars!)
