Massage Heights Franchising review: cancellation policy

Hello,

I have been a member of massage Heights for almost a year now. Last month I couldn't make it to my appointment because I was at the Emergency Room. My sister called for me (because I was in so much pain and at the hospital you don't get much signal) to cancel. I called one week later just to make sure that I didn't get charged, which I did. I explained to them that I had paper work to prove that I was at the hospital, but they really didn't care, they told me it was their policy. I am writing this message because I understand that if a person cancels on the same day they should get charged, but not when its an emergency. People have to deal with whatever they're going through in their personal lives and still pay $60.00 for a massage they missed for being at the hospital?
Again I have proof If I need to submit anything.
