Massage Heights Franchising review: Unethical Behavior, unauthorized credit card charges - told to cancel

I have been trying and trying to cancel my membership since April. I moved out of state fleeing an abusive relationship with my kids. No one will return my calls, my emails result in nothing but them telling me to submit a bill of which I do not have any bc I am house to house right now. I have lost $300.00 and counting which when you have no income currently is seriously hurting me. I have begged and pleaded with them to do the right thing. ive emailed, called to which the manager NEVER returns my countless calls! They do not have any sympathy for my situation. They have been terrible thoughout all of this by not returning my countless messages, rude remarks at the front desk, and unwilling to help attitude. I am appalled that this company is still standing and operates this way. It is just heartless. I do not appreciate at all how I have been treated. I had brought business to this company by sending 3 of my friends who currenly also have a membership there. I regret that fully!
I am so disheartened that they feel this is ok to treat a fellow human going through this, like this. Shame on this company!
