Massage Heights Franchising review: Subscription membership

I have been trying cancel a subscription membership agreement with Massage Heights Spring Creek for two weeks. I have submitted the documents via email that are required to cancel the membership but i can't get one manager or owner to return my phone call. I want the subscription membership canceled immediately and management to contact me to resolve this. I have contacted this location via phone and email and text numerous times and not one person has contacted me back
