Customer Service is non existent however they continue to collect monthly fees for papers not delivered. All of a sudden for no reason delivery has stopped when my neighbors continue to get their newspapers so it can't be a driver problem. I have called their non-functioning automated system to report not receiving a paper for the past five days. Very frustrating that nothing seems to correct the problem. Emails sent, phone calls are to no avail. They rate a zero in customer service. The last customer service person was in South America. They assured me the problem would be corrected. It hasn't been corrected. I guess the best thing would be to cancel the paper all together.

I have not received a paper in 2 weeks. I have talked to 4 different people, all in South America. They tell me that is where PBP customer service is located. They keep telling me my paper will be there tomorrow. Still no paper. I have left complaints on FaceBook but no one responds. I am some *** off . They extended my subscription a month but I asked for an email to show they did and nothing. What is going on with the paper? You cannot get in touch with anyone at the actual Weat Pam Beach Office. Horrible.

Zero Customer Service! Paid for home delivery for my 90 years old father in Jupiter who can't leave the house - they can not or will not deliver the paper - called, emailed, chatted with customer service for the past two weeks and still nothing! I guess this what is to be expected for the *** (now owner) Company. They should just close up shop and call it day!

PalmBeachPost.com customer service is set up in way that you never get a resolution at all. Even their published email address of customercare at palmbeachpost dot com is faulty and bounces back as "undeliverable". I've notified them of this issue for weeks and even that hasn't been fixed. Accessing your account online is impossible if having issues because you can't email them for assistance (email address doesn't work) and when you call you are told the issue will be resolved in twenty four to forty eight hours, although nothing is ever resolved. So you have to reinvent the wheel, call again, get the same story, and again no resolution. I've asked for a supervisor or manager and was told I would be transferred and then told they made a mistake and supervisor would call me back... I've been calling them for weeks with zero resolution. These issues truly make me doubt the validity of the information in their articles, how could one trust that if the organization running the paper is functioning so poorly?

My vacation hold has not been restarted, and I cannot get help from anyone at the Palm Beach Post. I have filed 5 different complaints on the past 5 consecutive mornings, and nothing has happened. I have called the number listed every day for the past 5 days, and I have also chatted online with someone who claims to be "looking into the problem." Obviously, no one cares about the delivery issues I'm having for 2 newspapers, even though I've been a subscriber for over 30 years. It is no wonder that newspapers are going out of business! It is beyond frustrating to be unable to speak with a live person. I am thinking about driving to the PB Post building to lodge my complaint, but I don't know if any live people work there.

Palm Beach Newspapers I had the exact same experience as *** had with the Palm Beach Post

I had the exact same experience as
*** had with the Palm Beach Post. It's a scam that they try to get away with. Probably most customers don't realize they are being scammed. After long conversations with their customers service people I finally got them to remove the Premium service. I don't know what I'm not getting and don't miss anything from the premium service.
We hardly get any circulars from any department stores. The only thing worth anything in the paper is the Publix circular.

I was charged twice in 1 month (June) for something the Post called "Premium Edition", which I never opted into. The customer service rep, who said he was the supervisor on the floor said that the charge would have been on my bill. I explained that I'm on auto pay so there is no bill. He said that they would extend out my premium service which I said I don't want it, the paper keeps getting smaller every day, there's nothing premium about the content they provide. Hoping for a credit to my account but its unlikely.

Palm Beach Newspapers I am a lifetime subscriber to the Palm Beach Post (50+) years and have encountered more and more frustrating issues recently

I am a lifetime subscriber to the Palm Beach Post (50+) years and have encountered more and more frustrating issues recently. My daily delivery has not been made many times (most immediately the last 2 days) and communicating with customer service is a useless and total waste of time, inasmuch as, they can offer no explanation as to why no paper nor see that a paper is sent to my home. It is now your burden to leave home and seek out your own paper at three times the price or simply ignore what has become a semblance of a newspaper. Who needs to deal with such an indifferent business entity that continues to increase the price of it's product while reducing service. It also appears that the Post is cutting costs by thinning the thickness of paper to the extent one can no longer turn the pages, reducing the amount of ink to the extent one can no longer read the.fine print, and reducing content (except ads) to the extent it is no longer of interest. Talking about going in the wrong direction to drive us to go digital.

Palm Beach Newspapers I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. I just cancelled my subscription. I subscribed to the Sunday paper weeks ago for delivery. The money was taken out of my account but I NEVER received a paper. I have sent 3 emails to customer service over the past week and have received NO response. They are operating a business fraudulently by taking people's hard-earned money and not following through. I am a Registered Nurse and I work 60 hours per week. I give my 110% to my patients. Imagine if I conducted myself as a nurse the same way the Palm Beach Post treats their paying customers. All I wanted was a paper to read and relax on Sundays, something so simple. I will be putting in complaints about your service every possible place I can because it is just so ridiculous. I finally called the number on the palm beach post website and the only option to speak with a human being is for cancellation of service. He assured me I would be receiving a refund and I have received nothing. I was also told my complaint would be forwarded to the district manager...once again...nothing. There is absolutely NO excuse for conducting business in this manner.

Palm Beach Newspapers Payment made for 6 month duration

Payment made for 6 month duration. The company decided to raise their prices (obscenely) and will not honor the 6 month contract without the new funds Account XXXXXXXXX. Paid $158.56 on 2/12 via check for 26 weeks.Bill received 5/14 for 26 weeks/$195.62. Spoke to 2 reps, told about the 2/20 payment and was OK. Bill received 5/28 for 26/$195.62. My wife spoke to rep. "Alex' on 6/09 and erroneously gave a negotiated payment of $159 for another 26 weeks via VISA. 8/06, another bill received! 26 weeks/$370.88. Wife was passed *** to 3 different reps telling her how prices went up and this money is now due as of 8/30. Can no one at the company count to 6? As far as I am concerned, we have a contract for 6 months of service starting on 6/09. They refused to accept our contention, we refused to add yet more money, and cancelled. I want satisfaction!

I subscribe to the Palm Beach Post for home delivery to start on January 9 2022 for the daily newspaper. Since that date I have NOT recieved the paper 23 days . I call the paper every day and complain and EVER day I get the same thing, we are working on it. I have ask numerous times to speak to the district manager and they say we will give him your phone number and have him call you. This never happens. Not only do I get charged for the paper , but then I have to go out and purchase a paper at the store at a cost of 2.58 . To this date I have spent almost 60 dollars on papers plus I was charged for all those papers I did not recieve

Our family has subscribed to the Palm Beach Post for daily home delivery for decades. For the last several months, they have missed multiple deliveries. Prior to that, delivery was coming every other day. For example, if there was no paper on Monday, Tuesday they would deliver both Monday and Tuesday. I finally started contacting their help line with every missed delivery. They apologize and promise to get to the bottom of the issue. Well, that gas not happened. Missed deliveries are January 10, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 26. Additionally, February 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 ! Yes, eight days in a row. Each reported, and now they have started to credit the account. Not the point ! The account is under *** and the delivery address is ***, FL [protected]

Palm Beach Newspapers I purchased a 13-week subscription (Sunday edition only) to The Palm Beach Post on 2/26 for $47.16

I purchased a 13-week subscription (Sunday edition only) to The Palm Beach Post on 2/26 for $47.16. I never received the 13th issue, but reported the non-delivery and was told my account would be credited. Before this occurred, I renewed my subscription for another 13 weeks on 5/21 for $47.16. The renewal subscription was never delivered to me, and was reported three weeks in a row, thus causing me to cancel my subscription on 6/13. My subscription fees were paid by my VISA credit card and, to date, I have received a refund to this credit card account from "Palm Beach Post Circ XXX-XXXXXXX FL" in the amount of $36.42 on 6/24. I seek a full refund for one undelivered issue from my original subscription, and a full refund for my renewal subscription which never commenced. My account is identified by my name and phone no.: ***; XXX-XXX-XXXX

We did not renew our subscription to the Palm Beach Post on Sept 1, 2021. We did this by not responding to the renewal notice sent in the mail. The Post continued to deliver our paper past that date (10/28). We were out of town for the better part of October and were unaware the paper continued to be delivered. The information on the back of the renewal notice indicates they may continue the delivery for a grace period if we do not call them to cancel. We believe that a 2 week grace period might be "reasonable" but offered to pay for 30 days. The Post refused our offer and indicated they would continue to deliver the paper until they received full payment.

I restarted the Sunday home delivery on 10/24 but have never received a paper. I have called, emailed and did an online chat with no resolution. When I have called, they have refused to put me through to a supervisor. They have stated numerous times that they have "escalated" the complaint to the district manager or to whoever is in charge of home deliveries. No one has called and I have to wait until the next Sunday to see if the problem has been resolved. It has been 8 weeks and I am frustrated. I can't get in touch with anyone who seems to be able to fix the problem. Only 1 phone number is available. HELP!

Order the paper on Feb. 5, 2022. Have called 5 times to get delivery, but no paper. Each time I call they say the problem will be fixed and the paper delivered tomorrow, but no paper. Noticed they posted the amt. to my credit card on Feb. 11, 2022. They have my acct. correct, address correct. I just want to get my paper.

This practice reminds me of the Wells Fargo practice of opening accounts without the person knowing It really stinks something should be done I realize there readership is dwindling but come on ! Deceptive practices is not the answer mabey they think because I am a senior thy could get it passed

I have paid for the delivery of the Sunday paper and I'm paid until 1/4/2023, but I have not received my Sunday paper since 6/27. I have called 26 times and I'm told that it will be delivered and they are elevating my complaint to the owner of the companyI still do NOT receive my Sunday paper. I have been a customer for over 20 years, and I want my Sunday paper delivered to me. I have sent 4 emails and receive the standard response that someone will contact me but they have not done so. I just want the service that I have paid for. My neighbors terminated the paper and got their money back. I don't want to terminate. I JUST WANT TO RECEIVE MY SUNDAY PAPER PLEASE.

I re-ordered the Palm Beach Post on 8/12. I was billed $411.74. I am supposed to get my paper 7 days a week, and only get it for 3 days a week. I was also double billed for $411.74 on 8/16! I've called customer service numerous times, and this hasn't helped. I would like to get my paper as promised 7 days a week, and also a refund of $411.74. My daughter is writing this for me because I am 95 years old, and I do not have a computer. This is causing me much anxiety and stress. I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.

I am a long time subscriber to the newspaper and I've paid the year's subscription in advance. The paper was on hold for four months while I was away. I called in Sept. to restart delivery Oct. 7, but I've had no delivery at all. I call every day and the representatives tell me they will fix the problem. The problem is not fixed - not one single paper has been delivered. They have my money and I have NO paper. Please deliver my paper!

Palm Beach Newspapers Without my knowledge the Palm Beach Post billed my credit card on August 24th,2020 $858.55

Without my knowledge the Palm Beach Post billed my credit card on August 24th,2020 $858.55. As soon as I received my bill, I phoned the Palm Beach Post and they agreed to credit my account $553.57 on October 5th. I received my new credit card bill this week and the amount has never been credited to my account. I phoned the Palm Beach Post this morning and the person I spoke to said that it takes them a long time to credit an account. A month'? She was not helpful at all. Now not only is the charge on this month's bill again that just arrived but now there is finance charge of $15.13 that I feel The Palm Beach Post should be responsible for as well. I have NEVER had a finance charge in my life...my bills are paid in full each month. THe Palm Beach Post owes me $553.37 plus the $15.13 finance charge. I am not getting anywhere with calling them. I get a different answer each time I call. I am hoping the Complaintsboard.com can help me with us.

The Palm Beach Post is not delivering our newspaper. Every time we register a complaint their person or robot tells us it will be delivered with a timely paper the next day. This is not happening. They said we could see the paper online but their website tries to charge us more money for a digital subscription. All we wants is our newspaper in the morning.

I'm complaining about the delivery of my newspaper. I've been a subscriber for over 30 years and find that, for the last several months I'm receiving my paper later and later in the morning. Today it was 10:00am, yesterday 9:30am, the day before it was almost 11:00am. It is not the fault of the delivery person, he is terrific. The problem is the distribution center is getting him his supply of papers later and later in the day. He can't deliver what he doesn't have! Please improve this problem asap. Thank you

Palm Beach Newspapers Charging for Premium Editions

Charging for Premium Editions. Including these extra price inserts in the paper and deducting the cost from my subscription price. 52 week delivery from 10/16 to 10/14. $406.91 10/16 to 10/14 $526.22 10/16 to 9/02 $736.75. New deal premium 9/02 to. 6/25 $736.75. The unasked for and not wanted premiums have taken four months off my paper delivery costing me approximately 120 newspapers. So when I got the new bill I decided not to renew. They continued to deliver after my subscription had expired which didn't bother me due to the amount they had not delivered. I then get a phone call telling me that I need to pay for the papers they sent on there own volition. Un wanted and unsolicited. Just another part of their bad business practice. I think this all started when it became Gatehouse Palm Beach. I do not wish to receive this paper any longer and do not want to pay for the papers they sent out after my subscription expired early due to their Premium nonsense. Thank you.

Palm Beach Newspapers 6 month subscription paid for on Oct 30 now shortened by nearly 2 months

6 month subscription paid for on Oct 30 now shortened by nearly 2 months. On Oct 30 I contacted the Palm Beach Post by phone and purchased a six month subscription using my credit card in the amount of $190.62. Recently I received a notice that my subscription was up on March 2 rather than April 30. I called the Palm Beach Post and was told that I had purchased some extra insert's with the Sunday edition of the paper and that was why it was ending early. I told them the only extra's I receive on Sunday are ad's, Parade section and the weekly tv insert. They said it was some sort of magazine which I didn't ask for and have never received. I informed them of this and they balked at extending my subscription per the original agreement. I believe the person I bought from on Oct 30 added this extra so they could receive some sort of monetary bonus and the way the person I contacted treated me on Feb 24 it is the same person that added the bonus. I just want my original subscription to be enforced as it is what I payed for and received.

Palm Beach Newspapers Paid $137 for 1 year subscription to expire on about 1/2

Paid $137 for 1 year subscription to expire on about 1/2. With vacations, wet and missed papers thru 5/21 They ended 11/16 instead. Cheated. Purchased one year newspaper subscription to end 1/2 for $137. When I tried to renew yesterday, they bounced my rate to $570 and canceled my paid one year subscription on 11/16. (Quite early) With credits, this subscription was to run into May. Reasons for cancellation are: Huge price increase in the middle of my subscription. No credit for 2 months of vacation holds, missed and wet papers. $5.00 for paper bill. All of this was never discussed to me until I called them. What kind of deceitful behavior is this by a NEWSPAPER. They disconnected me the first 2 times while holding for supervisor. After a couple hours a supervisor calls me, offers no solution and says that I should wait for billing department to call me or that I should call them back. This kind of stressful support, disconnections and dishonest creative billing techniques have left me frustrated and disgusted with Gannet/ Palm Beach Newspapers Inc.

Palm Beach Newspapers I had a Sunday only subscription at $48.12/quarter

I had a Sunday only subscription at $48.12/quarter. I was charged 9 times in 11 months when it should have been only 4 times. About every 6 weeks I had a charge on my credit statement of $48.12 (9 times in 11 months) and 2 on 1 statement. After checking my payments for the last year I saw that I paid them 9 times ($433.08) for a Sunday only subscription. Figuring that's about 48 weeks, I am paying over $9 per paper. This is exorbitant. When I contacted their billing dept., they said i was getting a premium paper which I never wanted or authorized. Even a premium paper @ $9 per issue is highway robbery. I have since cancelled my subscription which should stop the EZ Pay option. If I re-start my subscription I will never again let them have my credit card. They can send me bills. I am looking for a refund of 5 payments ($240.60) They offered about $49 which is what they owe me without any refund for overpayments. I have a list of the 9 payments on my credit card from 8/18 thru 7/7. I noticed another complaint about almost the same thing from Bill D on 6/23. It does not state that this was resolved.

Palm Beach Newspapers The St. Lucie News was ordered from PBP to start on June 3

The St. Lucie News was ordered from PBP to start on June 3. No paper arrived. I contacted them 12 times via email, reported the problem of no paper. I called several times, they have records of every contact. They said they'd escalate the lack of delivery to their managers and promised a paper within 2 weeks. This happened several times. No paper. I offered to change the delivery address from 1715 SE Tiffany Port St. Lucie, XXXXX our business to a residential address of 76 Golf Drive, PSL, FL XXXXX since the neighbors got the paper regularly and it was a known route, that I'd hand carry the paper to the business office I'd ordered it for. I contacted them 3 times for address change alone. Escalation of problem to manager promised again, resulting in no paper at the new address either. Asked for my credit card to just be reimbursed, more promises, 2 more weeks requested, I said I'd wait. No paper arrived. I wrote to the Managing editor, John Bisognano, last week and sent copies of all the emails and names of individuals who promised to fix the problem. He never acknowledged. No paper even though they promised to now extend the subscription through February. I've still never gotten the paper. I ordered and paid for via credit card a 6 month subscription to the St. Lucie News. I have never gotten a paper and it's been 6 months.

Palm Beach Newspapers This newspaper will not honor the quote I was given and paid for with a customer service representative

This newspaper will not honor the quote I was given and paid for with a customer service representative. I have a confirmation number and a receipt. My subscription was due for renewal and I called and spoke to a customer service representative (Irvin) on October 18. He quoted me the price for 52 weeks at $360.06. I paid for 26 weeks plus an additional charge for the "special additions". This price is for paper delivery 7 days a week for 6 months at $180.03 and $25.83 for the cost of additional fees for the "special additions". I was given a confirmation #HRT09 and in April i was to call and complete the cost for the next 26 weeks. In January I get a bill for renewal and I called and spoke to a representative who said because of the "special additions" my subscription was shortened. This to me is false advertising and she could not even tell me how many of these special additions I received between October 18 to Jan 2 which I paid for in advance. This is how they take advantage of their customers and they shortened my subscription for 4 months! Instead of sending a separate bill for the special additions so we can see in detail how many and how much they cost. It reminds me of a ploy used by some car dealerships to hide hidden costs. I have subscribed to this newspaper every single day for over 50 years! It's appalling to me!

Palm Beach Newspapers I was billed for inserts in the newspaper that I knew nothing about

I was billed for inserts in the newspaper that I knew nothing about. Acct #XXXXXXXX, Name: Terri Roberts (my maiden name) On 11/27 I renewed my subscription for 1 year. In late July the PB Post called me and said my subscription expired, and I owed them a balance of $51. I told them my subscription shouldn't expire until the end of the year. They said that I was being charged for a premium insert, and that this charge was being deducted from my subscription payment. I did not know anything about a premium insert, or that I was being charged for it. They said information about the premium payment is on the bill, and that I would have had to call them to opt out of the payment. I explained to them that I didn't opt out of the premium insert because I DIDN'T KNOW it even existed. Apparently, information about the premium insert is on the back page of the bill in the disclaimer section. I've been subscribing the the PB Post for probably over 20 years, and I never thought that I would have to read the disclaimer section of the bill to make sure they're not tacking on additional charges without my knowledge or consent. For them to charge me for something that I didn't know anything about, and sneakily hide it by deducting it from my annual payment is outrageous. This is a very dishonest business practice, and in my opinion, a scam. As a result of this, I canceled my subscription in July, and would like to be reimbursed for the charges.

Palm Beach Newspapers I purchased a coupon book from a palm beach post vendor

I purchased a coupon book from a palm beach post vendor. without my consent the vendor signed me up for a monthly newspaper subscription. During a Lake Worth festival in February purchase a coupon book for $15 from vendors of the palm beach post. I stated I did not want to establish a recurring monthly account with the palm beach post and that I just wanted to buy the coupon book. I was reassured by your vendors (who would only accept credit cards) that I would not Receive any additional charges on my credit card. I was informed it would be a one-time fee for the booklet of coupons and that would be it. I checked my Discover credit card statements today and I learned and the palm beach post took it upon themselves to sign me up for a newspaper subscription and has been charging me $15.72 every month since then without my authorization. I would like to provide an order numbers and account numbers but I have not received any product or goods from this unauthorized account. I called the palm beach post and opted for a call back in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later I received a phone cal from a person stating they were from "customer service of west palm beach" I repeatedly asked her what company she was with and she refused to give me a straight answer. I finally asked her if she was with the palm beach post and she finally said yes. She started asking personal information and given my latest experience with the palm beach post and her inability to give me a straight answer which company she represented, I felt highly uncomfortable, but I did give her my full name so she could look up my unauthorized account and she wound up hanging up on me.

Palm Beach Newspapers Last June I paid the Palm Beach Post for a one-year subscription to July 12

Last June I paid the Palm Beach Post for a one-year subscription to July 12. Now I got a bill telling me my subscription ends March 29th. I have been a subscriber to the Palm Beach Post for 14 years. Every summer my subscription ends and I pay for another year. Last June 26th, I paid via credit card for another year and was told that my subscription would end on July 12. I have now received a bill from the Palm Beach Post stating that my subscription ends on March 29th. I called their customer service department. They told me that the money I had paid for the full year had been used up by my receiving a premium magazine with my Sunday paper. I said that I had never ordered any premium magazine. They said that I was receiving it and therefore had to pay for it. They said that it was my problem to cancel it. I repeated that I had never ordered it. They said that there is a small notice on page 2 of their A section that tells me about this. I told them that I had never seen this notice and had never seen this premium magazine. I told them that when I paid for a full year last June there was absolutely no mention on this premium magazine. I told them that this was outright fraud, theft of my money. I told them that they were cutting my subscription short by almost 4 months to pay for something that I never asked for. They said that they could stop sending me this premium section in the future but I had to pay for about 13 of these that they say I had received in the past. In my opinion, this is a classic dishonest business practice. They are charging me for something that I never wanted and have not seen. They say the burden is on me to call to ask them to halt this premium magazine. How can I call to stop it if I didn't know I was getting it or being charged for it? This is outrageous. How can you help?

Palm Beach Newspapers The Palm Beach Post offered me 26 weeks of the Sunday edition free through a sampling Program

The Palm Beach Post offered me 26 weeks of the Sunday edition free through a sampling Program. After 2 weeks paper stopped stating I owe money. In the mail On August 28th I received an offer to receive 26 weeks of the Sunday Palm Beach Post for free through their "Sample Program". Here is what I have endured so far: I tried to enroll via the website provided and kept getting an error message. I called over the weekend several times and was told they could not find the "Sample" offer. I called on Monday September 7th thinking I would, actually speak to someone at the paper and was told I had to sign up by the weekend to take advantage of the program. I told the Post representative I tried and no one there was able to do it. o The letter said I had till February 26 to sign up. o The Representative spoke with a "Supervisor" and I was able to take advantage of the program and it was successfully entered. I received the Sunday edition for two weeks. I received an invoice to pay for the paper and it stopped arriving I called to report the missed paper and I was told that I was cancelled for non-payment. I explained what was going on and the "Representative" said she saw that the Sample Program was in the system for me but also payment due. She was going to escalate to a Supervisor so the paper would start again, and someone would call me. No one ever called. I called again today and was told that I was stopped for non-payment and she would escalate to take care of the problem. This program seems like a bait and switch to send the paper for a few weeks and then send an invoice to see if I would pay it. As a resident of a 55+ community I am also concerned that I was targeted as a senior. As a person with an excellent credit rating that I monitor monthly, it is disrespectful to me to have an account showing non-payment for your inability to successfully administer or send out a bait and switch offer. I want them to correct this information and provide me with a letter stating that I do not have a payment due to the Palm Beach Post.

Palm Beach Newspapers Advised by Palm Beach Post, payment not received Paid twice, both payments of $113.94 were processed!

Advised by Palm Beach Post, payment not received Paid twice, both payments of $113.94 were processed! Told refund was sent 11/4. NEVER RECEIVED! Subject: Never received my check for an overpayment that I made! Re: PALM BEACH POST SUBSCRIPTION, CUSTOMER ACCOUNT # XXXXXXX, FOR DR. ***, 2951 RHONE DRIVE, PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDAXXXXX Telephone : XXX-XXX-XXXX Dear Customer Care Representative, I have addressed this problem several times with your telephone representatives, and written you about this. Nothing was done to correct this. I paid twice in September, because the "Post" said that they didn't get my payment! However, the "Post" did get this payment, and cashed both of my checks of $113.94 each! I requested a refund for one of these payments! The Post said that your accounting department mailed it to me on 11/4. This was never received. After many phone calls to your office about this, still nothing! Now, I received a new e-bill, saying that my payment for three months is due! Since I never got the refund from you, just apply this $113.94, to the next 3 month subscription (through March 24), and stop payment on that check that must be lost! This has been going on too long! Kindly clear this matter for once and all. I have been through much inconvenience and trouble as a result of this! Thank you. *** The PB Post never responded to any of my requests for refund, just kept telling me that it was sent 11/4. I still as of this date, 3/12, have not received this refund, even after I made numerous requests! Additionally, they stopped my paper delivery for an over due amount ( I have not paid due to NOT getting my refund). I had to pay $97.60 to re- instate my delivery, plus the 3 month advance, totaling $200.29 (now being paid up through 6/25). Kindly represent my case, and request that I get my refund of $113.94 (overpayment from 9, and the $97.60, that I was made to pay to re-instate my paper delivery! This total should be $222.54 returned to me! Please note that we moved, and our new address is: XXXXX Artisan Circle Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. XXXXX THANK YOU for your support in resolving this prolonged issue! Sent from my iPad

Palm Beach Newspapers PBPost does not allow cancellation of subscription yet gives a process to do it online that is a bogus scheme to not cancel the subscription I

PBPost does not allow cancellation of subscription yet gives a process to do it online that is a bogus scheme to not cancel the subscription I emailed a request to the Plam Beach Post Customer Service to cancel my pre-paid subscription on July 2nd. I got a auto- generated reply that someone would get back to me. Angela B., of NIIT / Gatehouse Media, replied via email on July 2nd that they don't accept subscription cancellations by email and to please call Customer Service in WPB at XXX XXX-XXXX. I called Customer Service on July 3rd as instructed at 1:57 pm and no one answered the call. I called again on Monday July 6th and got their robo answering service, who directed my call to someone, who again transferred my call to an agent. This agent asked for my account number (#XXXXXXXX), home address, (13440 Oakmeade, PBG, FL), and telephone number and after receiving all this information, then said she had to transfer the call to the "Cancellation Desk"? I was put on hold for well over an hour (I actually had the duration of time listed on my phone) and finally realized that this was a scam and their intention was not to cancel my subscription but to frustrate me enough to hang up. I did after 1 hour. I still can't get my subscription cancelled after 5 days trying? They are not set up to receive cancellations. Their site handles everything else from vacation holds to new subscriptions but no easy way to cancell. This is obviously by design. They are losing readership and they don't want to make it easy to cancell, even when they say they do. This is obviously very bad business practices and no one knows about it because they control the news. The Complaintsboard.com is my only alternative. I don't want to receive this paper anymore after being a subscriber for over 23 years. It is a blatant bias newspaper that simply reprints articels for the NYT and WaPo plus very little local news. They have a reduced staff of writers and the publication shows. I don't want to read this bias news anymore as I get it all day on broadcast news. They continue to applaud themselves for creating the news and not simply reporting same. Please confirm that this subscription is cancelled at the earliest opprotunity this week.
