Mark Dodge Chrysler Jeep

Dodge put in a engine straight from the factory in May and it started leaking oil in the next month. They've managed to change the gaskets three times in two years, but it's still not fixed and the oil still leaks.

Mark Dodge sold me a car that they said was accident-free. I got a 2016 Cadillac ATS Sedan from them on May 28. I got an extended warranty, too. From the beginning, I asked for a Carfax report. I wanted to know if there was any accident reported for the car. Mark Dodge's website didn't show any accidents. I asked for the Carfax report a lot of times, both when I talked to them and when I texted them. They didn't give me the report until after they secured financing and I made the first payment. Then, they sent an email that said there was an accident reported for the car. When I showed the salesperson, *** (Mark Dodge), he stopped responding to me. I gave them time to fix the car, but I still had problems with the car and the dealership. It made me miss important appointments, miss work, and pay for rental cars. Mark Dodge didn't do good business.

Had my car serviced at Mark Dodge Chrysler Jeep, LLC in March and boy was it a big mistake. They replaced my radiator, tuned it up and did an oil change which was initially quoted for $1585 but I negotiated it down to $962 when I decided to bring my own radiator. While the car was in the shop, they contacted me twice telling me I need to have additional repairs done which included an oil leak and water pump, things I've never had issues with before. Suddenly, my quote skyrocketed from $962 to $3985. I picked up my car but I still noticed fresh oil leaks and my AC was acting up. I reached out to Mark Dodge multiple times and was told it's normal and it will level out eventually. Come April, I still wasn't comfortable with the amount of oil my car was leaking, so I brought it back. They charged me an additional $671.25 because they replaced the wrong valves. Come May-June, the car was still leaking oil, and I was told to call them back if it ever became too unsafe. In July I tried setting an appointment, but nothing was available during that week. Come August 15th and my car wouldn't even start, thought it was bad fuel and towed it to Mark Dodge on August 25th. They told me on August 29th that it overheated and asked who changed the water pump. I told them it was them, and they said the machine showed that it overheated BEFORE the March repairs. I asked for proof but never got any. On August 31st, I had my car towed back and noticed that my hood was open and various parts of the engine were clearly not connected. They quoted me $9916.57 + $145/15hr labor, and my car still isn't running.
