I bought a car from Auto Source of Texas and it's been a whole month and they still haven't paid off my trade-in loan. I tried to contact them but they haven't responded yet. Also, my car needs a lot of repairs that should have been noticed by the dealer. It's gonna cost me $5,282.90 just for the repairs, not even counting the missing parts and cosmetic damages. Bought a truck from Auto Source Of Texas and the engine broke down just 3 days later. They signed a paper saying they would pay if the engine broke, but they won't answer our calls or texts now. My husband told them the engine needed to be replaced, but they didn't listen. We don't know where the truck is now. We just want our money back. These guys are liars and we're sick of dealing with them.

I talk to manager & he gives me warranty info. I take truck to 3 shops & they say it has big oil leak & it's illegal for dealership to sell because emission system changed. Warranty no cover all repairs. I call Eddie but he no answer. He finally answer & say they sell modified cars all the time & shops try to rip me off. I say truck illegal & they should pay for repair. He say he call warranty but he no call back. They sell illegal car & should pay for repair. We wait long time to get our trade money. Bad business.
