I financed a 2012 Chrysler 300 from AJ'S AUTO on October 24, 2017. During the purchase, it was taking long for an answer, if I was approved or not! Even though I had already submitted my information through texted message before I came and sales rep ( Anthony )said I was already approved. Therefore, I was rushed into getting this car due to it was close to their closing time and they were ready to go! I'm filing a complaint because Aj requested for the car back and had it towed on November 11, 2017 and they provided false information about the mileage on the car. I text Aj on November 13, 2017 and He stated that I needed to call in to update my information. However, when I called he stated that I had other people driving the car and I lied about my location and then he hung up! I didn't even get to respond and clear that false statement. I tried to call back but he didn't answer so I texted him back and requested for a refund for my down payment but He hasn't responded back! This company is a rip off and I wished I did my research on the BBB because they have a F and 17 complaints against them! All I want is $11011.78 back from my down payment!
They do nothing but fraud and we heard one of the employee was not paid and was sexually abused
On December 5th 2010 we purchased a 2004 Lincoln Navigator and were promised repairs would be made on the truck. as of January 28th 2011 AJ has had the truck for a total of 23 days to make these repairs. In the mean time his employees have smoked in the truck, lost a part to the gear shifter, ran all the gas out each time he was in possession of the truck and left the sunroof open so it rained in the truck. As well as the inconvience of having to take the truck back and forth. The repairs were not made we only incured new issues. Now all we can do is spen more money to take him to court. DO NOT BECOME THE NEXT VICTIM. Check the BBB first they have a F! I only wish I had done my research first.
Aj and his brother are races and they made fun of my friend being black they called us names and didn't give us our money.
They even treats you if you try to call police

We work very hard to put the customer in his dream car and we are the only dealership that provides car maintenance after the vehicle is purchased ! Our customer service has improved a lot through the years to become one of the best in the area ! If however you have any complaints, just stop by at the dealership so we can discuss and resolve them ! Thank you for your reviews, we appreciate every point of view !
