Hello good morning! mama/sir my name is Mrs austine . On may this year 2022. , we took my husband’s car to Cosharis awoyaya a Range Rover sport 2010 , the fault of the car is over heating.a staff of Cosharis awoyaya by name Samuel (he’s from Ghana) since may up till now October 2022 we haven’t gotten our car back! Please I need the help of the management team to help me out thank you. all I need is to have back my car thank you

My ford edge purchased at coscharis motors abuja in 2016 recently developed a charging system problem with the error light "check charging system" light constantly up on the instrument screen. I called a ford service personnel on 20/11/2017 who immediately told me they were fully booked that day and that I had no appointment. After intimating her this was a kind of emergency, she agreed that the car she be brought in. At the workshop I reminded them the car was just 1 year and less than 30, 000 km and that is the second time this issue is recurring and that since it is still under warranty.. I would only pay for servicing and the parts replaced would be borne by them. Its 10days now and coscharis is still telling me they are yet to get approvals from coscharis america. I wonder how long this approval will take but this delay is causing me so much inconvenience and would like coscharis abuja as a responsible organisation to take urgent steps to fix my car.

I bought the above vehicle in Jan 2015 from Coscharis Motors. One of the reasons why i bought the vehicle was the promo that the vehicle will be serviced free by the company within 4 years or 100 miles which ever was early. Some parts such as wipers, brake pads, shock absorbers will also be replaced at no cost to me.
When i took my vehicle to the workshop today with a shock absorber complaint, I was told that it had overshot the mileage needed to be covered for the replacement. Consequently, i needed to pay for it to be replaced even though the vehicle has covered over 60, 000 km.
My colleagues had earlier drew my attention to how the company treated her but i thought she was wrong in presenting the issue. How wrong was I.
I have, therefore, decided to bring this to your notice so that you can compel the dealer to replace the parts promised by your company.
