We had a flight at 12.40am . We were boarded at 11.10 but the flight did not take off till 4.30 yet... and the staff has no answer for us nor a responsible person to represent are Malaysian airline was available..to answer our questions... no response for all connecting flights and people with children and no food... and rude behaviour from staff...completely unacceptable..

    If you are seeking the compensation due to the lack of the service due to the possible delay,
    please be so kind

    1. To explain, where (airport) the delay of 4 hours had taken place,

    2. To attach the e-ticket or boarding pass for each passenger,

    3. To explain, have the airlie provided you food, drinks due to the delay?

    4. To exlain, what was your loss,

    if you want to process further with your public comlaint.
