It is so frustrating that I cant have any access on my active subscription. I logged out because there are missing articles on the magazine. Then I was trying to get back but it says my email has been deleted. I still have my subscription up to may 2018. I was a member since early this year but I decided to stop it because of this incident. So disappointing. There are no access to have someone to trouble shoot this kind of situation that's why I decided to email you.
Please sort this out. I am enjoying reading your magazines until this problem occurred.

I have written with my credit card details from all my accounts used for trial on magzter. I am getting the same response that no subscription is purchased. Then why does my credit card shows amount of INR 399 paid to magzter. I have shared all the necessary details yet they don't seem to locate the account for which it has been used and the reason for this payment.

I purchased the service through Apple Pay on Feb 7th subscribing to the magazine Stardust India.
Even though I was charged the fee of $ 6.52 on my credit card I was unable to read this magazine online as the site kept saying please pay, even though I had.

Please get back and let me know how to go about it, I do not see any option to cancel either.
Today I also got an email from Magzster offering the same deal at about a $1.00 less.

how do I cancel auto renewal option
I have created a account with magzter, it is said after free trail you will be charged as per rates and further you can cancel auto renewal option at any time before that but there is no option for cancellation of gold subscription in the account settings.
I have even mailed the customer care, but there is no response. Why the hell you have mentioned so if you are not properly providing the services.
Moreover it is linked to harmful sites if I clicking it is opening one or two harmful sites I am getting alert from my windows defender .
I want to delete all my accounts associated with magzter. Please respond here otherwise I will raise a campaign on twitter tagging magzter as fraudest webiste

I am really disappointed with myself for selecting magzter. Cancel my subscription is not available. Magzter Gold subscriber here. And reading the reviews here i see only automated replies on this board. I am simply amazed how the business is still running.
I purchased an annual subscription for Magzter Gold last september. I even tried cancelling the auto-renewal through their website through the help section under account. It asks you for the reason for cancellation and to confirm the cancellation, which i did. Then it says cancellation successfully done. But little did I know that my subscription had been cancelled. And worst i have not been a regular user of the service. Today when i realised that i kept receiving magzter mails in my inbox and decided to check my subscription and found that i’ve been charged an annual fee for auto-renewal this year. It’s very disappointing. I searched the website frantically to cancel the auto-renewal again, but to no avail. It says the same thing, cancellation successful, but when i check my subscription details again, it says auto-renewal active. I really regret subscribing to Magzter. I thought it was genuine.
Extremely surprised to see such a prestigious service provider does not provide option to auto renewal. Also during registration, auto renewal is not a chosen option. It is chosen by the company and not by the customer. This is absolute cheating.
I have subscribed to this magazine service last year for Gold Subscription year 2018 - 19. I have not been registered and hence no access to the magazines to read. While I send request towards providing access, I do not receive any response. To further shock, this year subscription has been renewed using auto renewal and debiting my credit card without my permission. Again this year, I do not have access to the magazines. I would urge other customers to be aware.

Stay away from Magzter
I got caught out with their auto renewal system. I thought I had purchased just one copy of a magazine but found I was being charged £10 every month (for a Magazine that costs less than half of this in the shops). This was in their t's & c's section hidden away in small print. I do think Magzter should be more open about this and make the cancellation process more visible.
This is certainly 'sharp practice' if not downright unethical.

I had taken a Magzter Gold subscription offer a year ago with [protected]@gmail.com as my account id. I was extremely dissatisfied with the product (difficult downloads) and hardy ever used it. Unfortunately, i had done a credit card purchase and so Magzter had my credit card details.
I wasn't aware that the subscription was up for renewal since the subscription was hardly considered worth using. I had already written off my loss on this bad purchase decision. However on the annual renewal date, i was surprised by a text message that my account was charged by Magzter. Please note that there was no prior email or text notifications to warn / notify me that y account would be charged soon. This despite the fact that Magzter otherwise routinely spams my account with their promotion emails.
Had i known that Magzter would again charge me, i would have even ventured to cancel my credit card!. I have written back to them for a refund for a subscription that i have no intention of ever using but all i have got is an assurance to the effect is that that they wont charge me again next year in 2018!. As if i am not going to delete my magzter account about 11 months prior to that!. And they have also promised me store credits which probably would have been better deployed in improving their product and customer response.
I don't want to be a forced Magzter customer. I clearly want a refund for a product that i don't want!. I didn't sign-up to buy a 2 year subscription with payment every year so any renewal has to happen with my explicit permission just prior to charging my credit card.
Repeated emails (12 exchanged) haven't helped me get my money back that Magzter has taken by unauthorised storage and use of my credit card details.

recently i have also subscribed for gold magazine for 3 months and there after without my knowledge they are auto renewing the same every month. When asked to customer care they said it is auto renewal by default... Fine OK but atleast Magzter guys should have sent the intimation before expiry and renewal of the same, also they should have sent me the reciept once auto renewed. I have never authorized them to store my card details but silently storing the card details and auto renewing every month is like a cheater job. Magzter doing this job is unbelievable and their management should start looking into existing process to make it more customer centric.

While subscribing to Gold Subscription, it was not informed that the amount will be auto-debited for the magazine gold subscription in the following months too. It should be clearly mentioned when we subscribe for the first time. Also, If we cancel after 1st date of the month, money will not be refunded for that month Gold subscription. I found on my bank statement and found that they are auto-debiting. It should be clearly informed to the Customer..

I have just found out I am being charged monthly for a subscription I never agreed to. I only purchased a one off magazine not to pay a monthly subscription. There has been no emails confirming any of this so am very shocked. Still waiting to hear from the company but will escalate this with my bank and further if it is not dealt with.
