Me have Trib subscription, Sunday and digital
Me have Trib subscription, Sunday and digital. Me get Sunday papers 0 times in last 4 months with regular delivery. Sometimes when me call for redelivery me get one. Recently, no matter how many times me call for redelivery me receive no paper, even after being promised one SEVERAL times on multiple calls.

I'm not too happy with my Greeley Daily Tribune experience lately. I pay up front for my subscription, but I haven't been getting my paper as much as I'm supposed to. Sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't, and I've had to call in a lot to try and get it sorted out. It's frustrating paying for something I'm not getting. They said they were hiring someone new for deliveries, but that's not my problem - I just want what I've paid for.

But, today they threw their trash again. Ain't they got a red X beside my name & address not to do this? They're obviously not the brightest bulbs & don't care about people or their stuff. Greeley Tribune give news on time, but sometimes they arrive late or don't come at all. I got mine late many times and when I complained, they only offered me 2 days late delivery or a credit to my account. This is a problem because the news is not up-to-date anymore and the credit can only be used later. If this happened once or twice, it wouldn't be so bad, but it's happening often now. I called them many times, but they haven't solved the problem yet.

I has issue with circ department for Greeley Tribs. Supposed get paper delivered 4 days a week, but always late or not there at all. Call lots to ask where it at, never get someone nice. They say paper will come but never care when it late. Sometimes no paper at all and they give credit but I no want credit, want my paper in morning like I pay for. If ask for sup, they say they don't know name or no call back. Not happy, need better service.
