The London Free Press ain't been delivering lately
The London Free Press ain't been delivering lately. Last couple weeks, we ain't been getting our paper or it comes mad late, like after 11AM. I done tried calling all the numbers I could find, but either no one picks up or they don't call back. They got this one option that asks if you want a paper delivered within 3 hours if you ain't get it, but that's a joke 'cause it never shows up. This service is straight up ridiculous and I'm hella frustrated with them.

I got a digital account for The London Free Press. But when I try to read articles, I keep getting a message on my computer saying my subscription expired. This has been happening for 3 months now. I've contacted customer service a bunch of times by phone and email, but the problem keeps coming back. On May 11, I called customer service and the guy on the phone was hard to understand. He said he couldn't help me and hung up. I called back and talked to someone else. He said he didn't know how to fix it, but he'd try. But the problem still isn't fixed. I even sent an email asking to talk to a supervisor, but no one has gotten back to me or fixed the problem. I paid for a one-year subscription in February .
