So, I wanted to buy some new magick supplies and decided to check out Magick Planet. I placed an order and, well, it's been a hot minute and my order hasn't shipped. I mean, it's been a full 7 days. And since there isn't a phone number to call, I had to send an email asking what the heck is going on. It's not like I wanted to cancel my order or anything, but I guess if I did, there isn't a way to do it on the website. Seems kinda shady, you know what I mean? But I went ahead and let Afterpay know what's up, just in case I need to make sure I get a refund. I'm starting to wonder if this "Magick Planet" thing is even real, you know? Like, are they just taking everyone's money and running off to some other planet? I don't know, man. I just hope I get my order soon.

Magick Planet (magickplanet.com) ain't got no professionalism if ya ask me. I like to shop at stores with some costumer service training, ya know? I ordered sumthin' from them and it took almost two weeks with no update or nuthin'. So, I emailed the site to find out what's the dilly, and the lady said "oops sorry" or sumthin' like that. But guess what? Two days later, still no update! That's when I was fed up and requested to have my order canceled. And they did it, thank goodness. Overall, not impressed at all.

Magick Planet is fire! I've been copping from them for a hot minute now, definitely over 40 times. And let me tell ya, they've never let me down. They always show love by hooking it up with free crystals in my orders, and sometimes you gotta work for it by peeping the inside wrapping. But that makes it even more fun, ya know?

Their customer service is top-notch too. If you hit 'em up with a question or concern, they hit you back with a response in minutes. Talk about speedy! And I've never had any issues with my orders, always comes through as promised.

Overall, I'd say Magick Planet is the real deal. They got the goods, they got the love, and they got the service. No complaints from me, just mad appreciation. Keep killin' it, Magick Planet!

Magick Planet is the real deal! I bought a few books from them in the past and let me tell you, it was hard to find these specific ones. But, being that Magick Planet has a wide selection of rare books, I managed to get my hands on what I needed. Recently, I ordered a book by Aleister Crowley - which I've been searching for - and it arrived within three days of purchasing it. I was totally impressed! My previous orders took around a week to get to me. But, this time around, I was surprised by how quickly they delivered. I have to say, I have no issues with this seller. The process of purchasing was super easy and they have different payment methods which is convenient as well. I will definitely purchase from them again real soon!

I'm a long time shopper on the Magick Planet website and let me tell you, I've never had no problems with this place! For many years now I've been buying all my 7 day candles from them. And let me tell ya, those candles always come packed real nice. Never once had a cracked one since I started shopping here. That's a real plus in my book!

And get this, they even give out free crystals with some orders! I mean, who doesn't like free stuff, am I right?

After reaching out to customer service, they suggested I check my floor and package, but I still could not locate the missing crystal. Despite this, the customer service representative was helpful and offered me another coupon for a free crystal in my next order.

One time, however, I thought that my order might have gotten lost in the mail. I sent an email to Magick Planet and they didn't tell me to just hang on and wait. Instead, they sent out a whole new order, even though the original one was pretty big. The only downside was that they used the same tracking number, so it took a few more days to update. But, in the end, everything worked out just fine.

It's also important to note that they do offer free shipping, but it is sent through media mail, which can take a little while if you are on the East Coast. However, it's totally worth the wait if you are looking to save some money.

Instead of owning up to their mistake, they told me that UPS had misplaced the package and they were reshipping it. However, they still used the same tracking number which raised some questions on my end. When I inquired about it, they were quick to attack me, saying that I was being rude. In conclusion, I would not recommend Magick Planet based on my experience. While their prices might be cheaper, the lack of professionalism and customer service outshines any discount you might receive.

I gotta say, I ain't happy with the experience I had with Magick Planet. The book I ordered ain't what I expected. It wasn't helpful and ended up just being a spell book. So I decided to return it for a full refund. I paid the shipping to get the book to my house and then I paid shipping to send it back. When they refunded me, it wasn't for the full amount and I was pretty annoyed about that.

So, I sent them a message asking for the rest of my money. And guess what? They threatened me! They said they were gonna take legal action against me or something like that. That ain't right. Why are they getting all aggressive with me just because I'm asking for what's rightfully mine?

I ain't gonna deal with them ever again. And I'm gonna make sure nobody else does either. I'll let everyone I know that this company ain't worth their time. They clearly don't care about their customers and they'll just threaten you if they don't wanna give you your money back. Do yourself a favor and buy from a different place that actually values their customers.

This shop is utter bullcrap. I tried to buy some things, but swearsies, my order ended up getting cancelled because my name on my credit card didn't match the name on my order. So I placed another order, and I even asked the customer service homie if he could change the address for me. And guess what happened? My order got cancelled AGAIN! And then they had the nerve to email me and say it was "fraud". Like, what the heck, man? They were the ones who said they could change the address! Then, when I tried to talk to someone about it, they were so darn mean to me and wouldn't even take responsibility. If I could give these people less than the minimum amount of stars, I totally would. This was a terrible experience - I'm never shopping here again. And to top it all off, I haven't even gotten my money back yet.

First I'd like to say I have NEVER had an issue with this company in the past 2 years that I've been shopping with them up until the past couple months. I placed an order on June 21st for 24.91 and it's July 29th and I still haven't received my order. My shop app tells me that a label was created but the package never made it to USPS. The same happened to the order right before this one but they got it fixed after I emailed them about it. I mentioned in that email that the same thing happened with this order but now I've emailed them 6 times about it and received no reply I've also called 3 times during hours and haven't been able to get through to anyone. I have been as polite and understanding as possible but now I'm content on never buying from them again.

I gotta say, my experience with Magick Planet was not too good. Their customer service was really terrible, I mean, I don't think I've ever seen such bad service before.
