My roof was damaged in a recent hurricane. Lone Wolf Renovations came to the rescue. I called several roofing companies for estimates with no reply or refusals to work in my area. The representative from Lone Wolf met with me within a day of contacting the company. He assessed my roof, explained insurance procedures, and reviewed the different options available for me. The representative was very professional and accommodating during the whole process. I had a whole new roof within three days of meeting with the Lone Wolf team. The work crew showed up on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up everything. I am very pleased with my new roof.

I needed a new roof for my home after the hurricane. A couple of big holes, and LOTS of shingles missing. The contractor from Lone Wolf came out, explained the plan and presented a detailed plan that I understood. It took a few weeks for me to get insurance money but his team was ready and within a week I had a new roof. Almost completed in one day. Their team worked hard and efficiently AND left the job with everything cleaned up. I'll look around for stray nails but haven't found any yet. I called at least 8 roofing companies to get a bid for my new roof following Hurricane Ida's damage. Most called me back and took my information, but none made an appointment with me. As of this writing, it's been a week since I called, and none have called back to make an appointment.

I called Lone Wolf on Thursday afternoon on October 14, and a representative with Lone Wolf took an appointment to come to my house 30 minutes after I called. He showed up very prepared to give me a bid and explain all my options. He used a sophisticated software program to take measurements of my roof and give me a price immediately, which was right at what my insurance gave me for the job. (I upgraded to their better shingles, but this was only a few hundred dollars more.) The representative gave me many different options for a new roof and explained all the benefits and limits of the different types of roofs. He scheduled a crew to start work the very next morning at 7am. The crew showed up on time. They were very careful not to mess up any of my plants that were next to the house. They worked diligently throughout the day until about 6pm and completed the job beautifully. Clean-up following the job was impeccable. They left absolutely zero debris. The foreman of the job took pictures from atop the roof to show me all the completed work up close. My roof is absolutely beautiful, and I highly recommend this company!
