I called on July 16th around 12pm to report that we had a pipe bust inside my home. I requested my water be cut off to my home asap since we had no other way to immediately stop the water from coming in. I needed the water to stop coming inside so we could fix the leak before we can turn the water back on. It appears that it was not an emergency to the people I spoke with because it was not done for another 3 hours. My step dad, who lives 2 hours away, was able to get to my home a long time before your guy ever arrived. I am very very dissatisfied that it took them that long to respond.
Desired outcome: An apology, a discount, no charge for cut off and no charge for cut on. Help with repairs if needed would be nice too.

In July, I tried to buy a house but it didn't work out. I already paid a deposit for the services. I asked for a refund, but I still haven't gotten it. Every time I call, the agent tells me something different. I asked for a supervisor, but all I got was the answering machine. I want my $77.50 back right away. If they reversed the charges in July, why haven't I received my money? One person says they send checks on the 15th and the 30th, another person says only on the 30th. Which one is it? Either way, my charges were reversed before July 15th. Where is my money and why is this company treating customers like this?

I called Macon Water Authority to set up utilities for my new home. They charged me a $25 service fee, and there might be additional charges depending on my credit check. They told me I had to pay a $50 deposit based on my credit history. I asked why, but they didn't give me a clear answer. They just said that Experian determined I needed to pay the deposit because of my credit history. So, I checked my Experian report and found that I had no late accounts or collections. My payment history was excellent, with no missed payments and many accounts paid on time. It's strange that lenders approved me for a mortgage, but I have to pay a deposit for water. I'm really unhappy and surprised by this service.

They didn't send the bill in August. When I called, they charged me $38, but my monthly bill is $18. They charged me an unnecessary fee, which is fraud. My account number is *** and I have a lot of problems with the water authority. Once they found out I am not ***, they started discriminating against me, even when I tried to pay the bill. First, they delayed the bill or sent two bills in one month. I noticed somebody trying to get extra money by sending two bills, so I contacted them and asked why they sent two bills in one month. Now they've stopped sending the bill altogether. They tried to cheat me, but when I caught them, they stopped sending the bill. However, by holding it, they still charged me unnecessary late fees and other charges. On September 3, I called them and asked why they didn't send the August bill. They said to pay $38 over the phone now. I tried to speak to a supervisor the same day, but they led me to the answering machine. I know they purposely discriminate against me because I'm new in the area, having moved from another state, and I'm not *** or ***. This is an abuse of human rights. I haven't been able to get a job in America because of this problem, even though I'm a citizen. It's a very big issue. Now I can't survive. They threaten to cut off the water and put me out on the street. This is what's happening in America now because of their control. I've moved from state to state to avoid this, but they are very aggressive. What is the problem behind all this? If you take responsibility for your part and provide a solution, someone else takes care of the other issues.
