lynda.com is an online education company offering thousands of video courses in software, creative, and business skills. Founded in 1995, the company produces video tutorials taught by industry experts.

I registered for one month and paid in July, sent a few emails to cancel it but they kept on charging my account. Didn't reply to my requests. Shameless crooks!

More findings, when you purchase lynda's service through LinkedIn.com or your credit, they accept the first payment as pre-approved payment Again, when you purchase, they automatically get your approval to charge your accounts monthly despite your online requests through their folder for cancellation. Real crooks.

Called again...luckily got one who said "I'm going to cancel one payment". Cancellation of other payments, she cant because I used the account in October once.
But the scary part is lynda.com didn't receive all my requests for cancellation/inquiry that I sent. Customer service over the phone is good.
