Lycamobileworst internet plan and worst customer service

Lyca offered an internet plan for 15 pounds unlimited and 500 minutes. I subscribed to the plan and in an hour i realised that the plan was not working and there was no network coverage. . I called customer services and they kept on asking me to wait for 24 hours and call them again. I used to call them back had to wait for 20 mins on their 322 number every time and was given a difference reference number however after waiting for 7 days they told me they cant do anything and neither they can refund me for the plan. They cheated and i believe the regulator should take strong action against this company

    Omg pathetic wait time for customer service, lost my precious hours and still on hold to get to talk to an advisor for some technical difficulty, i really hope someone looks into this and do something about it, i hate lyca for this, otherwise the network and top ups are ok not that bad

    REF NO. [protected] is created to refund my bundle recharge due to took 15 days to activate my Lyca to LYCA PLUS SIM card. They are really fraud service. Every day I am calling the customer care people every time they saying they need approval. Till now problem not resolved.
