Callture Callture Inc cashed my check even though I told them not to

Callture Inc cashed my check even though I told them not to. Now I have to pay an NSF fee. I'm considering canceling my account. The check was stopped payment, but they still cashed it. They also refused to change the bill date. I get paid on a certain day of the month, but they wouldn't accommodate me.
