Go Fly First

My booking on Air Canada (AC) 3XBOUX3 was made by Go Fly First using Aeroplan mileage of someone else for my Business Class Ticket from *** to *** departing MCO on December 2. It was paid in full using my credit card and credit from a previous cancelled Air Canada Flight during the lockdown in ***. Air Canada is allowing a free change or amendment for their Business Class Passengers as of now October 21 for the subject Booking. However, they refuse to change the departure date of December 2 to any date between November 22 and November 25 for the departure from MCO to *** since the ticket was issued by Go Fly First. They are asking me to have Go Fly First contact Air Canada to amend the booking for the requested departure date from MCO to *** any day between November 22nd and 25th instead of December 2 as it is in the subject booking. I tried to contact *** and *** who were involved in making the original booking, but still no action from anyone at Go Fly First to help resolve the issue with Air Canada to change the departure date from MCO to *** on December 2 to any date between November 22nd and 25th without any additional fare increase. I am requesting Go Fly First to work with Air Canada to resolve the issue. Air Canada has already stated to me that this is doable, but it has to be requested and done by Go Fly First. I am requesting immediate action by Go Fly First.
