Interesting that their website says 24/7 customer service and even provides the whatsapp contact information when their customer service does not, in fact, exist.
You will not hear back and you'll be waiting until you wither to dust.
They will not help you.
They will not resolve your problems.
They WILL ignore your messages as indicated by the whatsapp confirmation of delivery+read receipt.
Do not purchase from this company. They are there to take your money, quick and easy. But, when there's an issue with the product, they disappear! Along with your money :)

Your complaint was a request for an exchange of refund because you did not like the color of the contact lenses as they did not suit your complexion. Our terms and conditions clearly state that because of the nature of color contact lenses all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged and we require all customers to tick and agree to these terms before placing their order to ensure that they are aware and accept these terms before making a payment.
With color contacts the end result completely depends on a persons eye color, skin tone and hair color and whether you like the result or not depends on your preferences so most customers buy a few colors before they find the one that is perfect for them.

I bought lenses from Luxelenses and very happy with my experience actually. I ordered the Cloeique Jade. Shippihng took 2 days to Florida. They look soooooo natural. I found them on cindy wolfie kimberly gals IG. Actually I wear color contacts for years and you never know the final look of a lens until you wear it. Some colors suit you better and some not because we have different skin tone etc just like makeup. Overall green is the one color that suit most so if you are ever in doubt go for green. light gray or blue doesnt suit everyone. But what I wanted to say is that luxelenses lenses look really natural and you can't even tell it's not my real eye color! THEY LOOK SOOOOOO REAL. hope this helps someone. I tried to reply to the person who almost scared me to not buy from this store but It didn't show up. I'm very happy with my purchase from luxelenses and the customer service on whatsapp helped me choose a beautiful color for me Solotica Natural Quartzo they do answer messages very quickly and are super friendly. Your review sound malicious and untrue and so I wanted to get my positive review out there and say thank you Luxelenses for my new blue eyes! And fast delivery service.
