Car Purchase
I bought my third car from this company and now things seem to go wrong. Mariz Go was my first sales consultant when I bought the car in 06/2022. He told me there was some delay shipping the car after I made my payment. He left the company thereafter and i was told that Izwan Basri is my new person in charge. He told me the same thing that shipping was in issue. Finally he keeps ignoring all my messages and i can't reach him anymore. I even wrote an Email to the President of the company Masayuki Fujiwara, which remained unanswered. I have been working together with this company since 2006, but now something has changed there.

So I bought a car from JPC 4 months ago. 7/2022. Spent so far £16000. I was told by agent Mariz Go at JPC trade the shipping was slightly delayed and may take 8/12 week delivery to UK. Newcastle port.
Mariz has left the company now and all I have is Mr Izwan who is supposed to be Mariz's manager? On watts app. Omg how professional is this. JPC HAVE NOT ANSWERED TO 1 EMAIL OR PHONE CALL AFTER I MADE PAYMENT FOR MY PURCHASE. NO SHIPPING DATE NO INFO NO NOTHING. APART FROM MR IZWAN TELLING ME HE CAN'T GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION. Is this what I paid for? You people are not and I mean NOT WORTHY NOR HONOURABLE. YOU HAVE NO RESPECT TO ANSWER AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY.
GOING THROUGH JAPANESE EMBASSY TO TALK TO TRADING STANDARDS JUST TO GET THROUGH TO THIS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND ITS MANAGEMENT. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. And still no car no refund. and NO REPLY. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN ROBBED SO FAR.
Desired outcome: I want my car or all my money back including compensation and loss through conversation charges.
Exactly the same thing happened to me.
Since Izwan Basri has been handling my case, no messages have been answered.
Mercedes S 400 bought and paid in full 08/2022 and no delivery yet.

Car purchase shipping delays
His I purchased a 2018 Prius ZVW50-6146561 JPC TRADE over 3 months ago but I have not received a shipment date. At the time of purchase I was told by the sales agent named Mariz Go the car would be delivered within 8 to 12 weeks there was no mention of shipping delays at the time basically she lied and convinced me to purchase car I have all the messages and logs to prove. Then I had a chat with your manager and told me that the waiting time is between1-3 months therefore I've been waiting and now it's been over 3 months and nothing has been done the sales rep and manager have been lieing throughout this sale and are ignoring my messages now.
I need the car ASAP and this issue needs to be resolved immediately as I need the car for work purposes I cannot wait any longer.
If you cannot ship it I would like an immediate refund of what I paid for the car
Can you please look into this matter as an urgency if not I shall be seeking legal action against your company for damages very soon.

I am going through same. Purchased a car 4 months ago no reply no shipping date. The staff have no idea constantly watts app message only not a honest company. Going through Japanese embassy to talk to trade standards . What a waist of time and money.
