Lumio – Solar panels

In June 2022 my wife and I were solicited "amazing green energy" that would eliminate our energy bill by offsetting our consumption with equal solar panel production. The salesperson (who now I am told no longer works for the company, how convenient) pulled our credit to see if we would qualify for a government subsidized loan for the panels. Then he averaged our energy bill and promised us we would be paying what we're paying Entergy with no outstanding energy bill because the panels would produce more than we consume. He said we would receive a "green energy tax credit of $20000" and when we filed taxes to write Lumio a check and we would be locked in with $262 a month. Turns out the tax credit is incremental and only in the form of a tax liability so we didn't receive nearly that amount. So effective February 2024 we are supposed to pay $354 a month now. Meanwhile the panels have not been matching our consumption and we have been paying for both the panels and up to $150 in energy bills. When I attempted to cancel this screw job they told me I own the property and it is fully functioning! Every time we have called them it's the runaround "a supervisor will contact you as soon as possible" which never happens! I am at a loss at this point and have never felt so cheated in my life. I just want these panels off my roof and to go back to just paying my regular energy bills, and if they can't do that at least to honor the original $262 a month they assured us. This is not right we cannot afford this. The salesperson Jacob Frandsen majorly deceived us every step of the way in this fiasco.
