I received a package today. One item was in the package when there clearly should have been two, as I ordered and as detailed by the packing slip. They won’t take take my complaint until the “package has been missing for 24 hours.” One explaining it wasn’t missing, I was given the same message. This is the second time I’ve received the wrong item in a short period of time and then I can’t even get my missing item shipped because of inflexible customer service scripts. They have great products and every interaction I’ve had with online support has been less than stellar.
Claimed loss: I spent my time to be told to wait 24 hr for my “missing package”. After a 7day shipping time’ I have to wait to reorder and then wait for the slow shipping.
Desired outcome: Hire some decent customer service and warehouse employees. I love your clothing but the level of frustration is getting to the point it isn’t worth it. Send me my dance studio short length pants!
